I was disgusted when I opened this package today. The watch band has dirt and grime in the holes of the band and there's also grime where the band connects to the watch. It's great that it's a certified refurbished watch, but how can I trust that it'll work correctly if they couldn't even take the time to make sure they're selling a clean quality product?? I'll most likely be returning and paying the difference for a brand new, never worn watch. You're marketing Geek Squad as something to be proud of, but the lack of even the simplest of detailst, states otherwise.

I love my watch, I can't leave home without it. I can check all my favorite apps in it and combine it with my outfits thanks to the diferent bracelets

The watch and band was dirty and it doesn't come with instructions. (Good thing for Google) It was literally put in a zip lock bag and placed in a box.

This is a great smart watch. I'll admit I've been really slow to adopt this wearable tech even though I'm into gadgets like this. The main reason is I found little use for a watch when I always have my phone on me. This device has changed my view on that. It's actually really handy for everything from quickly glancing at incoming texts, to taking calls, and fitness. I'm a horribly un-motivated person when it comes to fitness, but the constant reminders to get off my butt and walk around have definitely improved on that. For that alone I'd say it was worth the buy. There's a lot of other features, some of which I haven't really delved into - like sleep tracking and such. For older folks, the watch can also send an SOS if you take a fall. You can also call or text from the watch, though it can be a bit clumsy to do the latter- I still use my phone for that unless I left it somewhere else. And speaking of that, you can find your phone with the watch too. The massive assortment of watch faces is also cool, and battery life has not been as big a problem as I had initially thought. I typically take it off when taking a shower (though you could actually shower with this on) and by the time I'm done it's charged. I also have a relatively small wrist and it does not look hugely bulky or feel particularly heavy. As far as downsides go, about the only thing I didn't like was the original silicone strap. However there's literally hundreds of replacements you can get, so that's not a huge problem.

The watch came with a new band. A few cosmetic marks.Nothing serious. It will not hold a charge.If i use the features of the watch it would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours.I had to put it on power saving mode. I returned it to the store.They made me pay taxes on a replacement. I think thats unfair bc i already paid taxes when I bought it the 1st time..

Was out of the orginial packaging. It came in a brown box with a Bestbuy logo on it. On top of that was $50 more expensive than a NIB one from another store. If I'm getting a pre-owned refurb, it should be cheaper than a NIB. My wife loves the watch. A definite upgrade over her 3yo garmin fitness tracker.

The product itself was good, and worked OK but had too many scratches even for a refurbished product.

I love the look and feel. It has helped me disconnect a little more, which I found to be pleasantly surprising. I wish the face was a little more sensitive, but overall a great purchase. The 40 mm is great for my smaller wrists.

Got this to replace my galaxy active that had died. Turns out it was the charger, not the watch. Now i haven 2 that i swap from work and home. The integration is seamless with my phone. Justnput it on and it picks up from the one i just took off. Besides the scratches i couldnt tell them apart.

Love the watch. Only wish the battery would last longer on a full charger. Even on still backgrounds it is only like 30 hours if that. But love the options, the easy access, and just love it all the way around.

I am in absolute LOVE with this watch. I had a horrible bout of insomnia, and seeing how many hours of sleep I'm getting is really helpful in recovering from it. I also realized I was grossly underestimating the mileage I was putting in at work. Having accurate numbers has made a huge difference in managing my weight and my chronic illnesses.

Very easy to navigate and all my notification is set on my watch i dont need to look on my phone anymore love it!!!!!

Great watch does what i need it to do (i got it for health reasons pulse, water intake, and gets me moving when im being lazy) the only thing i dont like is the wrist band pulls on my arm hair when putting it on.

This Smart Watch does everything! You can even view videos and pictures! Real time health stats connects both to Wifi and Bluetooth, excellent value for the price!

I love this watch. It is super easy to read and understand. At up was a breeze. Would definitely buy again.

Works great for at work. Still figuring it out but works for what i need...time and notifications. Wish it would stay charged longer. I only use it for work and i have to charge it every other time i use it. Otherwise it is nice.

I purchased an "open box" so I am having some difficulty getting my watch set up as it arrived with no instructions. I'm certain I can find online directions as my Best Buy store is currently closed for walk in traffic due to remodeling.
