She loves the new capability the Active 2 offers. Her biggest positive is the speaker function which allows her to answer the phone using the watch. Screen is excellent, and only con would be not having a bezel like the other Samsung watches to navigate.

Samsung refused to do warranty on it calling it "physical damage". Now we put it on charger and have to press it put the phone over to make it charge.
