Took it to Geek Squad and they could not get past the setup screen either - it was not detectable. I returned this.

BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get the watch to work for a long time but I haven't been able to because the application won't let me. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase because I have not been able to use that watch and I want to return it.

Was told by customer service call center and local best buy nothing could be done because the watch was not defective

Worst communication ever.

Was told the pick up date would be Monday, 15,2024. Now calling today and package went back to Memphis ,and I have tovwait for the credit refund to hit my card.
