    My merchandise was delayed, and also was not supposed to be delivered to my front door, changed the delivery with Best buy customer service Rep to go to the store for pickup. Was told the pick up date would be Monday, 15,2024. Now calling today and package went back to Memphis ,and I have tovwait for the credit refund to hit my card.

    The watch strap I received is black and you paid for the silver one. I have been trying to get the watch to work for a long time but I haven't been able to because the application won't let me. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase because I have not been able to use that watch and I want to return it.

    Before purchase i was told this watch does not have the spinning bezel, it does, which is not what i wanted. Was told by customer service call center and local best buy nothing could be done because the watch was not defective

    After spending some time getting used to the functioms and features, I really do like this product. The only thing stopping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the battery life seems short. Im charging it every other day
