watch inoperable after less than a month

i purchased this watch and it worked for less than one month. i took it to the store to see about getting it fixed and or a replacement. i was told basically it did not have a warranty and there was nothing geek squad could do. All of my associates that I worked with were great, but the product and limitations regarding their ability to replace the watch were not up to par.
