    Refurbished and alot of things didnt work. I couldnt get the watch to connect to my phone, or properly update, and after going to geek squad, I ended up returning the watch.

    To start, I want to be clear - I would recommend the model to a friend - I wouldn't recommend a refurbished one from BestBuy. Absolutely disgusting - with refurbished you expect certain things such as minor scratches and scuffs. However, what you don't expect is to see it look like someone chewed on it. Furthermore it was absolutely filthy - after a brief wipe down with an lens cleaning tissue - the tissue was black from the dirt it took off. Then taking the strap off - the amount of build up of stuff ( I don't really want to know what it is ) that I was able to scrape off was nauseating. Again, I bought this expecting some slight physical blemishes - I was realistic going in to this - I didn't expect to be disgusted to the point where I had to do a deep cleaning and buy a brand new strap.

    do not buy!!!! This piece of garbage will only stay charged for 8 hours!!! Absolute Nonsense. It also LOVES to disconnect from your phone and you need to reset and re-pair everything . I have never been so upset with something in my life. The band design is awful too! The release button is is contact with your wrist at all times so it randomly lets loose. I bought this as a refurb> so glad I didn't pay full price. All this faultiness started conveniently after the 45day return window. Now its worth $30. YUK!

    Very disappointing. The main feature i bought this for (the blood pressure monitor), is disabled in the U.S. It would be nice if Bestbuy would remove it from it's specs and advertising.

    Geek squad refurbished TRASH. The watch came with scrached screen, beat up frame, used straps and had rusting screws. BUY NEW. Avoid paying for this type of trash.
