Great watch scratches real easy andndont love the band it came with

My old Samsung watch stopped working after 5 years. I didn't want to pay another $350+ on a new watch, so I took a chance on this refurbished one. So far so good. Arrived with no significant wear. I had to reset some features and apps like changing the "bike app" to a "run app" on the main screen. I did notice the battery only lasted a little over a day. I am use to charging once a day. For half the price of a new Samsung watch it was a good deal.

My "certified" refurbished watch arrived with malfunctioning light and magnetic sensors. The certification doesn't seem to mean anything - they can't fix the broken sensors, and can't exchange for a working watch. They will take it back as a return, but since this item is now sold out, I can't get a fully functional Watch5 Pro without paying several hundred dollars more (for open box, which is not even "certified"). So, caveat emptor, I guess. It's a fantastic watch, but I was hoping that all of the sensors would be working, and that didn't happen. Can't fault customer service in the store, just bear in mind that there are limited options for a certified refurbished item if it cannot be repaired in the stores. Perhaps that is why these watches were so cheap! But advertising them as "certified refurbushed" is basically fraudulent; they should be advertised "as-is, but we'll let you return it if you purchased it recently".

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR A SMART WATCH , INSTEAD OF PAYING OVER $300 , THIS WAS A STEAL. NO ISSUES WHATSOVER , WORKS LIKE A CHAMP AND HAS ALL THE FEATURES I WAS LOOKING FOR, ESPECIALLY THE ROUND STYLE LIKE A REGUALR WATCH, THAT DID IT FOR ME SINCE I HAVE TRIED OTHERS THAT A SQUARE AND JUST COULDN'T GET USED TO THAT.. WELL DONE!

Recently upgraded from a previous galaxy watch and the interface is so much better. More capabilities obviously, but completely different design, much more robust looking and feeling watch. I would highly recommend.

Not sure why this has so many negative reviews. The watch came with a new band and charger, and there were no scratches on the face. It was a bit dirty, but it cleaned up really well. The battery life has been great, and it paired with my S25 Ultra without any issues. You really can’t beat the price.

It was for a gift for my son he really loves it. I had never bought refurbish item but it was a very good deal. I will buy again and recommend it.

To start, I want to be clear - I would recommend the model to a friend - I wouldn't recommend a refurbished one from BestBuy. Absolutely disgusting - with refurbished you expect certain things such as minor scratches and scuffs. However, what you don't expect is to see it look like someone chewed on it. Furthermore it was absolutely filthy - after a brief wipe down with an lens cleaning tissue - the tissue was black from the dirt it took off. Then taking the strap off - the amount of build up of stuff ( I don't really want to know what it is ) that I was able to scrape off was nauseating. Again, I bought this expecting some slight physical blemishes - I was realistic going in to this - I didn't expect to be disgusted to the point where I had to do a deep cleaning and buy a brand new strap.

Absolutely love the Samsung watch. Was not a watch wearer but wife has worn them for years. I enjoy tracking my day.

do not buy!!!! This piece of garbage will only stay charged for 8 hours!!! Absolute Nonsense. It also LOVES to disconnect from your phone and you need to reset and re-pair everything . I have never been so upset with something in my life. The band design is awful too! The release button is is contact with your wrist at all times so it randomly lets loose. I bought this as a refurb> so glad I didn't pay full price. All this faultiness started conveniently after the 45day return window. Now its worth $30. YUK!

Bought as a gift for my husband, he loved it! W are still learning all the things it can do.

It came to us filthy. Doesn't connect to the phone fir notifications. My husband jyst sues it for the time function at this point.

I got this watch for a gift. I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished one from GeekSquad, but after a week of use, I can confidently say that it’s just as good as a brand-new one!
