This phone is very good mostly for taking pictures. However after my 1 year warranty ended, started to see flickering ag the sides of the screen. Now it became so worst that the bottom screen goes off quite often. Very frustrating. I am not sure how to fix this now.

After a couple of months of use, the screen started to peel near the fold. Now dirt gets under it relatively easy. Should have stuck to a non-foldable phone for another year.

Worked fine, about a week later encountered hinge issues. Then crease where it folds got 2 lines of dead pixels, and today to top it off, everytime i close it it shuts down. Only way to keep it on is to have it plugged in the whole time.

This is a rad phones it has juat developed a Weird pixel sting right at the crease where the phone folds but I'm sure they'll be able to fix it It's literally a $1000 phone the 256 gig is a $1000 plus the less data one is still $899 I got it for half less than half I've got it for 400 black Friday And then I got my case from US cellular the thin Otterbox for half price and you've got a crack in it from the cold and they're already sending me a new one brand new free of charge If you're gonna get this phone you'd better get it quick because as soon as the Christmas sales and stuff are over you're gonna be paying up the nose you should have got it during black Friday if you were smart Or if you value your money

Phone arrived in great shape but i cant use it because it is lock to t mobile and i cant even unlock it because i get a error message ibreally want to keep the phone so i hope best buy does the right thing

So the price was great but this is probably going back. I get that it's refurbished but although they included a cheap ac adapter which isn't shipped with these phones but no sim removal tool ( not a big deal ) but what isa huge deal is that although it was supposed to be carrier unlocked it promptly downloaded a bunch of TMobile apps/branding and is now a TMobile phone. No way is this acceptable.

So far i have been quite pleased with this. Only downside is battery life is not that great

Even thoe It had alot of bad reviews I still decided to get it and give it a try been a year now and both me and my partner are glad we got ,no hinges like the other reviews say,they both have worked wonders so far no issues at all, battery has good lasting not sure why there were complaints about that.

To put it simply, i ordered this phone 3 seperate times unlocked and every single time they sent me a t-mobile locked version. Support was no help, neither was T-mobile. One wrong item? Fine, everyone makes mistakes. 3? something is systematically wrong with best buys "Refurbished" "unlocked" z flip 3. The phone itself seemed great but i was unable to use it beyond setup really.

My second refurbished Galaxy, phone is in great condition.

The phone was in good condition; no scratches, odd marks, or dents. Overall it works fine and is exactly what i wanted!

Switched from apple love it would recommend it to anyone! Best phone yet!

Screen breaks too easily. On replacement phone # 3 in 10 months.

Ordered this phone 2 times and we will have to send it back a 3rd time. Each time it's locked to T-mobile. They are selling locked phones and claiming them to be refurbished but probably just returned phone that they immediately resell. Garbage! Waste of time.

Please Do Not buy. It is Locked phone and T mobile. I requested replacement But Best buy send Some wrong phone twice. I wasted my time. Customer was really sucked as well .
