Screen kept locking, not anle to use, returned to Best Buy, was charged $45.00 for an awful phone, best to buy new.

You guys are crooks. Who gives 17 days to return something. And this stupid phone is tmobile . i am not tmobile. I bought this on jan 12 i got it on jan 14th it is jan 29 and i cant return it!? Absolutely shady.

I bought the phone they said it’s unlocked but it’s not I traveled internationally and I can’t even use it because it’s locked
