The screen protector that came with it constantly got bubbles. The corners in the hinges is weak which caused the screen to blackout

I called Best Buy Citibank and notified them immediately the only good thing was I received the phone the next day but clearly geek squad didn't take much pride in the repair or the shipping I recommend the Samsung phone just not Geek Squad as the seller buy new from Samsung your carrier or Best Buy

A perfect upgrade from the Z4

I had the phone (open box) for 2 months and then it wouldn't open all the way. From the time I received it I always felt it was a little difficult to open the phone but I thought that was normal. Now I'm stuck with a phone I cannot use and Samsung won't make good on warranty and Best Buy won't give me even a credit for the $600 + dollars I spent!

Just a week ago (January 17th) I folded the screen and it broke. Black line down the middle of where it folds, couldn't tap anywhere on the screen. Had to get it repaired.
