First it came in a regular box. No cushion or form for protection with a cheap bluu cable !! Returned it.

Nice phone, perfect condition , quality pictures and clear calls

Had it less than 3 months and has crack forming on the fold. I bought a geek squad refurb and I think all they did was remove the folding screens protector. I don't recommend any folding phones honestly at this point.

The large screen stopped working after 2.5 months. What a sad waste of money. Probably the last time I bought anything at Best Buy.

I’ve had this phone for 4 months and it’s already unusable due to giant black line going down the middle of the phone and the right side of the screen is unresponsive

Bought this phone March 2022, screen broke by July 2022 and again in January 2023. Love the phone but disgusted with having to drive 2 hrs to have someone look at it and tell me "ok we will send a replacement." Poor design. And breaks easily. Can only use the small screen because the big screen does not work.

I order this phone on best buy ... It's really amazing... I prefer best buy ...

Its a really nice phone with the big screen, but will become defective. The line down the screen will eventually appear and even if you have a protection plan, you are still going to have to pay to fix it. I had the photo for over a year then one day i opened phone up and big line down the middle. I wish Samsung would have fixed this issue by now.
