Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These phones are garbage. The inside screen bleeds out a few weeks after the warranty is over. I think I have used my screen about 15 times since I bought it; always being careful not to press on the screen or pull the hard when opening, and it still bled out. Samsung knows about this issue and offered no solution other than I have to pay for the repair. With the cost of phone insurance these days it only makes sense to put the same amount aside every month and hope nothing happens. I ended up buying the S24 Ultra and I love it. The only feature about the Z fold 4 that I was very happy with was the camera. It takes stunning pictures even in low-light environments. However, the S24 Ultra is 100 times better, I do NOT recommend any of the fold series.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got an att carrier locked instead of an unlocked phone, sold my old phone to my brother in law because of this fraudelent ad, now I don’t have a phone, went to best buy store and they can’t do a return process because the phone was shipped and it’s not unlocked, I waste more than 3hrs in the store for nothing, called customer service and nobody can tell me what to do or proceed. So in order to get my refound they wanted me to shipped back the phone thinking that I have the time to fixed a problem that they caused me, I will never going to buy from best buy. Go to amazon renewed phones they have better prices.

I am checking out the functionality of the device. Unfolding the screen in big enough for me to write papers and update excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. Three minor software issues (1)The Browser wars are distracting and time-consuming because some of the passwords to secure applications are not synced to the device. (2) I'm still trying to transition one of my email accounts and (3) setup my Microsoft 365 account. Excellent device

After a month my phone would not open all the way and Samsung wanted to charge me $400 to fix it. Something about debris getting in the hinges, which I dont think thats true since I have a protector and kept it away from anything that would get in. I did notice some sticky clear plastic come off one side of the hinge when it stoped opening all the way. I just bend it straight with my hands when it botheres me and it works fine for me. I think the gap it haves on the phone when is shut and having it in tight pockets might of caused the hinge to bend, that's my opinion. Overall, I really do like the phone. I replaced the screen protector with a better one from Amazon. I hope Samsung does something to fix it without charge or my next phone will have to be an Iphone.

The phone arrived in flawless condition — not a single scratch, and it looks and performs just like a brand-new device. The screen is stunning, the fold works smoothly, and the overall performance is lightning fast. Best Buy's customer service was outstanding throughout the process — helpful, responsive, and made everything super easy. I’m extremely happy with both the phone and the service. Highly recommended!
