The bottom line is that this phone had a huge dent on the spine. Anyone that knows anything about these folding phones knows that this is a failure point. If there is a kink in the back of the hinge that should never be classified as even good.

I really like the Samsung Phone FLOD 4, with its many uses and the wide screen and good camera and very sharp colors.

This is the second time that I tried to buy it and happen the same story. I cancelled the first time because they drop the price, and at the same time I wanted to know if I did something wrong. So I cancelled the first order, but I had to do it in the store, and I took advantage and bought it again ( to avoid mistakes) in the store, I paid there and everything, then at the next day I got a notification said the same thing, that something when wrong and the date gave by the website will be move (no date given), and I have to wait 15 days after for them to cancel and send me the money. What I told you the other day is correct, they never ment to sale you anything, they just want to use your money get some profit and then give it back to you. I believe that I am not the only one, think about it, it cost $700 times 10000+- customers equals to $7,000,000 if they invest it and they won 5% of it means they get $350,000 of straight profit.

Phone came without factory screen protector so it was already a red flag. Hinge has difficulty opening fully and makes a weird sticking sound when opening.

Nice phone for first few months but large screen became unresponsive after a year then a large black circle appeared although never stopped and always in a UGA case. Screen broke two weeks after over year warranty. Never again.

They sell products on very bed condition,with 90 days warranty they never fixed,never give you money back if you lucky they give gift cards,never return you money ,i think this company close door soon,the costumer service the worst all natiion ,please be careful dont buy nothing tru this company.

Inner screen already not working. No damage and never been dropped. What's worse is it's not covered under my best buy total plan.

Looks grate, the problem was that it was not unlocked

The phone is in perfect condition. It's as if noone has owned it or used it beforw. Hinges are just as it it brand new. No complaints here at all.

Sent me a 256gb after i paid for a 512. No one even cares at their company. Now they want to return for store credit on a phone I never even received. If you want to turn real money into best buy store credit, have at it, cuz thats all youre going to get. Worst experience with a company ive ever had

Best said it have them, they said they have it at that lower price, they charged you, but after you pay they siaid that they have a problem. Is no problem they new they didn't have them, or they have them but not to sell them at the price mentioned,it seems that best buy needed some extra free cash, for they claim that they had some sells, or maybe to used them as stocks, or just to have them as loose items to pay less taxes. Ither way they knew the system let them know that, a computer system that Skip the human error.
