I got no way to make this work without drivers for connect it to the computer and I got no instructions or a receipt. Most unprofessional best buy has ever been do me and I've been going for 17 years. Extremely disappointed, I spent $1,300 on my desktop I bought 2 years ago when best buy cared about their customers. I am pretty disappointed.... I bought this for my father and I don't know much about fitbits but I am a configuration Technician for the past 12 years and this is the most disappointed I've ever got something from any best buy. I want a refund. It was a 179.99 dollar disappointment. I wouldn't even be able to return it because it came with nothing!!!!!

Beautiful design, great idea, now, 46 days after I bought it refurbished at BestBuy.com it's dead as a nail. It did everything as expected, I figured how to make the battery last a full day. Kept it clean and dry. All this to no avail. Still, at 65 percent charge it died on a Sunday afternoon and has not come back. Called BestBuy tech support, over 30 days . . . sorry. Called Samsung tech support . . . no visible serial number on back of watch . . . sorry. I took it to the store and they confirmed that no serial number is on any Gear Fit2's body. Only if you manage to turn it on and go to Settings, About. So my advice to anyone still wanting to buy it is to make sure you add extended warranty and WRITE DOWN the SERIAL number. That is probably the most important piece. Without it you're out of luck. Good Luck!

Trash, the band kept coming off (had to buy replacement bands) the device would freeze, often. It was a gamble to get the device to accurately track miles on runs. Don't ask if, I recieved text messages, Listen. It's trash. Waste your money on something else.

Im writing more on the basis that this was a refurbish product. This was my second refurbish and the price was a great buy but the product ended up not counting my steps and would restart during my workouts. Taking me longer to work out. If the watch never did that. My only complaint is that I am not sure if other people can feel when it take your heart rate but i could feel mine and had to take it off at night.

Not to happy with purchase probably should have bought it new. Screen has scratches on it the paint is worn off. I have to keep it on power save mode or battery dies within 1 hour.

Battery runs out every 2 days. Have track activities on phone app as phone doesn't sync to pick up what I need. Fit bit works so much better. I'd exchange it if I could.

I loved that I could get notifications on the gear fit However the step tracker was not accurate. I only used it for 6 days before it would no longer charge or turn on.

This was a birthday present for my husband. He was so excited about it, but after wearing it for about 5 min, he realized it was shocking him. It felt like a tens unit zapping his arm. So I had to return it and buy a new one, which was more money. His birthday was in June and the new one, is already giving him issues and its only early August. It's still under warranty, but diaapponting for as expensive as they are, we should not be having these issues so soon.

For an item that was supposed to be certified it was a piece of junk! It did not even come on. Did anyone bother to check it out before I purchased it? I returned it & bought the same kind at Amaz... From their used but in good Condition source. It works great just like they said..... Best Buy geek squad dropped the ball on this one.

Broke after r three months no good want to store told me to call Samsung

first impression were good but as i started using i realized that the widgets are not properly showing the data and says ''error in loading"'. i have to reset the watch to factory setting 2 times in 2 days. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. GOING TO RETURN OR ASK FOR REFUND.

Will not track stairs. Does not work. Samsung needs to recall these trackers.

I loved my sister's Gear Fit 2. I have a Samsung phone and was really looking forward to giving it a try. Unfortunately, the device I received didn't work. Didn't even charge, right out of the box. Checked Samsung forums, and found out this was a known issue with a number of these devices. Tried suggestions listed, then contacted Samsung support. The support I got -- "Return it to where you purchased it." So, while I could conceivably get one that worked (after a wait for shipping) and might love it, I have to say that I don't think I am willing to give them another try.

After 3 weeks of buying this product at Best Buy online, my watch stops charging. I call Samsung and there was no warranty with them. And Best by return policy is only 15 days. So I lost my money. Best Buy customer service is suck. never will buy from them no more. They lie to you saying it has Samsung guaranty and that was totally false. Do not recommend buying refurbish item from this store.

Was really excited to get this package but was dead on arrival when I received the unit. Now waiting for a replacement unit. Will update when I get a new unit to see how that goes.
