Visible chip on the upper area of the screen, plus major scratches around the entire rotating vessel, which are visible depending on the angle and light. The watch itself works perfectly so far.

It serves its purpose as an extension to my Galaxy S8 plus. Just wish it had a pandora app.

I purchased this to replace my gear S2. I bought a Refurb for the lower price point. Was worth every it. The Refurb was practically brand new. Not a single scratch. You could not even tell it was a returned or refurbished item. It bigger than the S2 and the options for replacement bands are much greater. Easy to swap. There were a few watch faces on my S2 that are not on my S3 frontier, but it was worth the upgrade. Very pleased!

This is a great all around watch. The speaker phone feature is amazing. People say that the clarity is better than it is from my actual cell. The battery life lasts for a good two days before charging and that is as a new user. I'm sure the battery lasts longer if not constantly playing on it. The look is very attractive and comfortable to wear. Can't wait until Android Wear 2.0 comes out but as for now the S3 Frontier was a great purchase.

I bought a refurb for $199. Came looking brand new with no issues. I've had a Microsoft Band that I loved due to all the functionality. Then when that stopped working I got a Fitbit Blaze which was meh. Then I had a Gear S2 which got close to the functionality of the MS Band. This watch has that functionality and then some! I can text, make calls, read news, play music, and save and track workouts. Awesome!

I've had my eyes on this watch for a while and i read a lot if the reviews on it. I finally found a good deal on this refurb and it works better than i imagined. I highly recommend it.

Much better looking than iwatch. Great for functionality as well.

This refurb has performed like new. The rubber gasket under the bezel came apart in little pieces over time, so I treat watch as not waterproof. I use it for navigation info, phone ring and text/email notifications and my wife never says "you never answer your phone!" any more.

Works great and looks good too. Bought a different band, I didn't like the rubber one it came with. Charge is okay, sometimes it gets low in a day, but I usually charge it in the morning when showering. It charges fast.

I purchased the Gear S3 Frontier as a refurbished unit on Bestbuy.com. The unit arrived in plain packaging with all the required accessories. I'm still learning all that it does but I can honestly say this is pretty effing cool watch. Leaps and bounds better than my old Gear 2. The display is huge and gorgeous. I get compliments all the time. Get it, you'll love it.

I picked this refurb as the newer models were much smaller for a black version and more than $100 more expensive. Paired with a Geek Squad warranty, I expect this model to last just as long.

Very good refurb product, your never know except for packaging. A really great product too, I just don't think I'm going enough to get into the smartwatch game. Going back to my analog.

Complements my Samsung S8+, looks great. Only reason for the 4 stars - Samsung's Tizen OS. Not enough support by 3rd party vendors, I get that, but Samsung, provide at least a Google Maps support?

I got this watch to replace my Gear II. I love it, it has everything I need. I would have given it 5 stars, but they took the camera out. Other than that the watch it awesome.

Great deal great watch a little big but great display

Its a good buy, since being out for about 2 years now. Theres other smart watches with good battery life but the frontier has a nice rugged look and feel.

This product worked great for 6 months. For some reason it just stopped working. Screen went black and wont come back on. My advice if you are to buy one get a new one or if you have to get a refurbished one get the geek squad protection. I didn't!
