I bought this refurbished S3 from Best Buy, it came in a generic box with no paperwork, with all the accessories in pristine condition including the watch itself, so far no problems at all, battery life last a whole day with no issues. Excellent for PoGo players

This is the very BEST "Android" Smartwatch I've Ever Owned! Can get 3 days on a charge compared to not even a full day on a WearOS device. The charging puck is magnetic(very good connection to the watch). Using Samsung Pay at any CC terminal is just the icing on the cake!!!

I always thought smartwatches were dumb and a waste of money. I got this as a bday present. I was wrong. I always rock it, even in my suit as it does not look like some watches out there, and the metal and wood band I bought on Amazon gets me tons of compliments.

This was a refurbished watch and was cosmetically flawless and mechanically sound when received. No issues yet but I did buy the geek squad protection plan just in case. Definitely happy with my purchase and would recommend to those in the market for a smart watch.

Purchased a Gear 3 Classic smartwatch (Geek Squad Certified Refurbished) for $227 online. I add the 2 year replacement plan for $59.99 to protect my investment...Awesome deal!!!
Received watch on 5-17-18. 4 days later bezel ceased to rotate smoothly, often requiring muscle to move it. With 2 Year Replacement Plan in effect, I took it to the Morrow, GA location for replacement. Here is the synopsis of my far less than stellar customer service experience.
1.Geek Squad rep examined watch and told me it was supposed to be that way since it was new. (huh?????)
2.Tried to use the 2 Year Replacement Plan
3.Best Buy informed me I would have to pay the $122 difference between the new watch and my malfunctioning Geek Squad Certified Refurbished watch, despite the 2 Year Protection Plan purchase
4.Best Buy did not offer to repair the watch
5.Best Buy did not offer to source a similarly priced replacement
6.At my request, the General Manager printed the 2 Year Replacement Plan and highlighted the, 'at Best Buy's discretion' clauses.
7.I asked for District Manager's name and number. The General Manager wrote down,1-800-Best-Buy and told me, verbatim, "That's all your gonna get" (smh)
8.Nothing was done to acknowledge and rectify the broken watch I had just purchased with a 2 Year Replacement Plan
Whatever happened to truth in advertising? When did customer service stop being about exceeding our expectations? Best Buy failed to even meet my expectations in this regard.
In conclusion, I left Best Buy with the same broken Geek Squad Certified Refurbished smartwatch I came in with...despite purchasing a 2 Year Replacement Plan. Watch purchased on 5-13-18. Date of this review 5-23-18.

Before I purchased my brand new Samsung watch I purchased the refurbished watch. It was horrible, The screen had to burn circles inside where it looks like somebody had a screen protector on it and it got too hot. Also on the back of the watch there is a long engraved scratch. The next day I went to Best Buy and purchased a brand new upgraded version for $40 more.

I wanted a new watch but didn't want to spend $300. The refurbished S3 was the perfect option. I am very happy with the condition of the watch and it functions perfectly. I would recommend this route if you want to save some money.

Where do I start. This watch just looks the part , where the others look like toys (Apple watch) . An it's does everything on your wrist . Answer calls talk on your watch act. The rotary dial is to live for. An the battery with screen off last 4 days

What a great smartwatch. So far it is exceeding my expectations. Works really well with my S7 Edge. Save some money and go with this model vs brand new. Only downside is you don't get original packaging. For me it is not a deal breaker.

I love the watch but the battery doesn't last as long as I expected. No problem with it lasting all day but I have to charge it every night. Watch looked brand new and it works quite fine. It doesn't count flights of stairs too accurately however. I like the stand alone features for pictures and music. My LG headphones hooked to the watch and music is very good quality. Overall I have no real problems with the watch and am enjoying it.

I bought a refrab watch because of the price. My husband likes it a lot for the convenience of not having to look at he's phone all the time. He's a 24/7 service tech so the phone never stops. Great buy.

This is my first "Smart Watch" and I love it and everything it can do. I have had a few "fitbits" and never really wore it to long and stop using them. The Frontier fits nice and I dont notice it to much.
