My spouse bought this and he absolutely adores it. We were hesitant about getting a refurbished watch, but it is still up and running like a new watch.

Got this as refurbished, only way to tell it's a refurb is that it doesn't have a Samsung box with it other than that perfect condition works great.

got this watch online, was pretty skeptical about it bieng refurbished but it was a great buy, i love the watch and it works great, thanks geek squad.

I wear it every day and don't know what I would do without it. Actually forgot it one day and was miserable. Great product and great value.

I have owned several smart watches so far and this one is above and beyond the best one I have had so far! It's bigger face looks more like a normal man's watch than any other that I have owned. The design, two button and turn dial work awesome to go through selections, apps, etc. and easily modified to your wants and needs. I do admit that I purchased a medal band to replace the band that came with the watch but that was my own preference. I have mine linked to a Motorola phone so works well with other than Samsung brand phones. I give this watch a A+ rating

Ordered this watch on the 24th, received it a week later. I absolutely loved the watch and it looked brand new. Read all the raving reviews about refurbished on here so i decided to save money and buy one. Needless to say 2 weeks later the screen is completely black. I feel the haptic feedback and was able to blindly dial my wife swiping through screens. Brought it into geeksquad and was hoping to swap it out for another one but the same watch is 60 dollars more than when i purchased it. So i have 2 options use my protection plan after only 2 weeks and lose the 60 bucks since id have to buy another protection plan, or return it and and buy another refurbished one which is 60 bucks more. Either way after all this ive spent the same amount of money as if i were to just buy it brand new. Bottom line, dont buy it refurbished, save yourself the hassle and just get it new. I remember the old plans they would actually repair your product or trade it for the same item and you'd still keep your protection until the 2 years ran out. But nowadays once you use it you have to buy a new plan which will add up since mine broke before even having it for a month.

I bought it for my boyfriend and he loved it, we don’t like that it takes to long to charge the battery but that’s the only inconvenience.

Can make payments on almost any card reader with this, decent amount of watch faces and apps. It would have been a lot more if they use the Android based OS, but they used their own proprietary. I love using this at card readers that aren't setup for Android or Apple pay because people freak out.

Love this watch, I wear it for every occasion. Love that i can download different faces to match occasion.

Have had it for about a month or so, really great. I would buy the one with the sim card but verizon wants 20 odd buck for that every month.

I purchased this smart watch for the use of seizure monitoring for my son. It works nice and keeps me informed of any seizure activity.

Bough the bluetooth version, its a nice looking watch, good design. I make calls check my msgs, great overall.

great purchase..1st one that was sent did not work properly but customer service sent a replacement right away this one works great

This smartwatch makes my life easy. I keep my phone in my pocket more and the apps are easy to use. Great looking and comfortable.

The watch appears to function properly but I will be returning it to buy a new one because it was disgusting. Geek Squad refurbs are supposed to be cleaned but this one arrived and just appears used like if I bought it off someone on the street. It has dirt in every nook and cranny and what looks like cheese stuck in the knurling of the dial. I can't see what they would have considered to have been refurbished about this product. I am very dissatisfied and will not be buying any other Geek Squad certified refurbished products.

even though it is refurbished it has had no issues and still looks brand new from the day I got it

I would so recommend buying Geek Squad refurbished products. They are as good as new without original packaging.
