I freaking love this thing! The only problem I have is I thought it would wake up once I move my arm up to see the time, but alast it doesn't do anything I have to move the bezel all the time. That and I tried to download music to it and once I deleted the song off the watch they keep reloading on the watch from the phone.

Nice Samsung Smart watch. My first was the original Samsung Gear with Camera. I liked it, but never really liked the squareness of it. I like the Gear S3's round shape and touch screen with turning top bezel. So far, so good. 4 star only due to scratch on the bezel. Would recommend. Works great on Wifi and bluetooth and the Samsung Pay ability is awesome. NO need to pull out my phone or my wallet anymore.

So like most said on here, you only get the watch with the large and small straps, the charger and cable. No box. Not a big deal as you can typically save $80-170 when buying refurbished. I bought it when it was $185. I was a little hesitant due to the reviews. I went ahead and bought it. It was in perfect condition (almost), there was a bit of dried sweat on the inside of the band but everything else was excellent. BUT... the battery was terrible, it was laggy, and the bezzel felt very loose. I talked to BestBuy and they sent me a replacement (refurbished still) and it was perfect, had a very small unnoticeable scratch on the bezel but the battery life and performance where much better. I would definitely recommend getting the refurbished on sale in order to sale a ton of money. I would not have bought it if it wasn't on sale. I am still in between this and my Fossil Q (Android Wear). There are pro and cons to each, but I use this one for sleeping and every day use. The Fossil is more for when I am dressing up a bit or going out. The battery and the bezel are really what separate this thing from Android Wear. Although AW (Android Wear) has a few more useful and customizable apps/launchers. S voice is quite terrible, Google obviously wins this one. Other than that I am quite happy with this watch, just wish that I could use it for swimming like I do with my Garmin Fenix. I would definitely get some nice watchbands on Amazon for this, as well as a screen protector just in case. The bezel is replaceable btw, so after a while you can simply put in a new one.

2 Year Replacement Plan (Read the fine print!!!!)

Purchased a Gear 3 Classic smartwatch (Geek Squad Certified Refurbished) for $227 online. I add the 2 year replacement plan for $59.99 to protect my investment...Awesome deal!!! Received watch on 5-17-18. 4 days later bezel ceased to rotate smoothly, often requiring muscle to move it. With 2 Year Replacement Plan in effect, I took it to the Morrow, GA location for replacement. Here is the synopsis of my far less than stellar customer service experience. 1. Geek Squad rep examined watch and told me it was supposed to be that way since it was new. @@@@@@@@ huh????? @@@@@@@ 2. Tried to use the 2 Year Replacement Plan 3. Best Buy informed me I would have to pay the $122 difference between the new watch and my malfunctioning Geek Squad Certified Refurbished watch, despite the 2 Year Protection Plan purchase 4. Best Buy did not offer to repair the watch 5. Best Buy did not offer to source a similarly priced replacement 6. At my request, the General Manager printed the 2 Year Replacement Plan and highlighted the, 'at Best Buy's discretion' clauses. 7. I asked for District Manager's name and number. The General Manager wrote down,1-800-Best-Buy and told me, verbatim, "That's all your gonna get" (smh) 8. Nothing was done to acknowledge and rectify the broken watch I had just purchased with a 2 Year Replacement Plan Whatever happened to truth in advertising? When did customer service stop being about exceeding our expectations? Best Buy failed to even meet my expectations in this regard. In conclusion, I left Best Buy with the same broken Geek Squad Certified Refurbished smartwatch I came in with...despite purchasing a 2 Year Replacement Plan. Watch purchased on 5-13-18. Date of this review 5-23-18.
