    Go to the Samsung netsite and get the software to set up their ssd hard drives. Otherwise, you will have headaches just getting this sdd hd recognized by you OS !!! Bad cables can be a problem - doubt seriosly if the BB Geek Squeek checks out each one.

    Plugged it into my PC and my PC couldn't see it. It was nowhere to be found in file explorer. Downloaded Samsung software, updated the drive, and my computer still didn't recognize it. Tried it on a second PC and still nothing. Tried to troubleshoot, but had no luck. It's supposed to be plug-and-play. I rolled the dice on a refurbished unit and in this case, it didn't work.

    The Samsung SSD’s have all performed as advertised. I have an about a dozen of the Samsung T-Series SSD’s , I use them for back up and external 4k/6k editing. No failures to report. Love them .

    Did NOT work. Do not see any way this could have passed if it was truly looked at, which I doubt it was. This is the 2nd item that was "geek squad certified" that has not work right out of the box
