Didn't work

It was nowhere to be found in file explorer. Downloaded Samsung software, updated the drive, and my computer still didn't recognize it. Tried it on a second PC and still nothing. Tried to troubleshoot, but had no luck. It's supposed to be plug-and-play. I rolled the dice on a refurbished unit and in this case, it didn't work.

Best SSD for External Editing

I have an about a dozen of the Samsung T-Series SSD’s , I use them for back up and external 4k/6k editing. No failures to report. Love them .

Do not see any way this could have passed if it was truly looked at, which I doubt it was. This is the 2nd item that was "geek squad certified" that has not work right out of the box
