Guess its my fault for buying refurbished. Apparently they forgot to do the actual refurbishing. Plugged it into multiple computers and doesn't work.

Wasn't quite refurbished correctly to make it plug and play but it was an easy fix. A lot of 1 star reviews made me nervous about it and I had some of the same errors but a few minutes on google, got it sorted. For PC:
Open Disk Management > Scroll down to find the disk > Right click > Change Drive Letter & Paths. You just need to assign it a volume and/or drive letter so it can be found in your explorer. Hope this helps!
