To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, or DTS VIRTUAL:X.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol).

I read the instructions reviewed a few youtube videos and decided I was spending too much time trying to figure out a battery compartment. I returned the item and went with the LG 3.1 Channel 420W instead. I bought 2 just in case one was better than the other. I planned to test them both out but since Samsung's battery compartment was so ridiculously complicated I didn't test it. Wasn't worth my time at that point.
