Sound Bar is Great!

I live in an apt and the den is not large, so the sound bar is exactly what I need for the space in order to enhance my television viewing. It is also powerful enough to fill the entire apt with music from my phone. Excellent product.

Only downside is setting indicators on the unit are hard to read when scrolling. The virtual X mode setting is by far the best for most programming. I'm using mine with a Sony tv but probably better integration with a Samsung tv.

This model is better suited for a smaller room. It doesn’t produce the deep sounds like the next step up in these models, only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Remote control stopped working

I have had it for 1.5 weeks. Called Bestbuy Geek Squad who offered no help, but told me to call Samsung. That's what they do after they get your $200 for the unit. I thought maybe I accidentally hit a button on the remoteI, while it was on the couch.

First, you may want to replace your batteries in the remote. Also, be sure that the distance between the remote and soundbar main unit is not too far. Please know, many buttons on your remote feature multiple functions. For example, rocking the VOL button forward or backward adjusts the volume, pressing it in will mute, and pressing it a second time will unmute.

The price is right and the sound while not epic like the sonos playbar, sub, and surround speakers i owned it is good. I also bought the surround speakers and the package really makes my tv pop.

I’m sure this could be fixed by hardwiring it. Also more frequently the TV will start also playing sound in a slight delay from the sound comping out of the sound bar so you get this lovely echo for a little while. I don’t know if this is an issue with the sound bar or the Samsung Tv I bought with it which has completely stopped working only 2 1/2 years after purchase. So at least the sound bar still works right now. Also the sub woofer is quite large.

I exchanged it for this model and the difference was unbelievable! Fits my large living room just fine, good sound quality. Recommend using the optical cable for set up.

Other times, it is very soft. Also, I am experiencing audio mismatch and don't know how to fix it. It has much better sound than just the TV. It is a great buy.

If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, press the
Sound Control button to select AUDIO SYNC and then set the audio delay between
0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.

First time purchasing a sound bar and i'm very happy. It was a super easy to set-up and I like that the packaging was mostly eco-friendly. I have a large living room, so it's perfect having a bluetooth subwoofer.

Great Sound Bar for the Money!

Setup was super simple and there were no issues with the hdmi connection and ARC from their TCL tv. Has been problem free since it was purchased and gave their tv room new life!

I often use it up to 8 or 10. It has different modes that let you choose the ambient sound. If you are planning on getting a sound bar. Get one with a subsoofer.

Instructions aren't very clear on how to connect the subwoofer, but I guess they don't need to be since the connection happened automatically. Prolly user error, so 5 stars.
