Excellent sound Ease of operation Reasonable orice

Wanted a sound bar that would work well with my Samsung OLED 65 inch tv. Great thing about this sound bar is not just the excellent sound, but how easily it auto connects to the tv. Took about 20 minutes to connect it and complimentary rear speakers to tv. Directions are easy to understand. Great addition to tv.

Soundbar quality is great with lots of great adjustment features. Worked with my samsung tv and setup was easy. For the amount of 430w advertised, the bass is pretty weak even with the highest bass setting. If the subwoofer produced more bass, this would be top notch.

Easy set up and great sound. The only complaint I have is not being able to control the subwoofer from the ARC on my TV but that's not the sound systems fault. The whole system is just plug in the right wires. It is loud. Make sure the subwoofer is right where you want it before you start pushing the volume.

Very good upgrade as a next level up from the cheap soundbars. Hooked up to a samsung TV so there is more compatibility with the TV's remote. Surround with subwoofer does fill the room nicely. Vocals are better allowing me to use close caption less often. Works great when using bluetooth/phone as a music system.

Best Buy was running a special on Samsung soundbars so I got a real good deal. The sound is awesome. I have it in my living room that is very spacious and you can hear it clearly all over the room. I like the feature that I can control all my Samsung devices from one remote.

After testing several different brands and setups this sound bar and subwoofer combo is what I have decided to go with. If you have a Samsung TV, it would be a mistake to go with any other brand. The hardware and software flow together seamlessly, and the sound is absolutely rocking!

Sound quality is good. We have a vaulted ceiling in the room where this is currently being used and we will either be switching the soundbar to a different surround sound system or adding rear speakers. The sound is clear, but perhaps not acoustically good for the room and may be better suited for a different room.

Produces great sound that is easy to understand with the center channel speaker. Included subwoofer adds awesome bass sounds & the remote is sleek & easy to use. Love that it is low profile so it doesn’t interfere with tv controls when placed on stand in front of my tv.

The Samsung - HW-A650 3.1ch Soundbar is nice for the price and along with the Samsung - 2.0-Channel Wireless Rear Speaker Kit I can have surround sound for family room TV. It puts out just enough to make the experience of watching a movie great. What would make it better is to have the remote control the TV.

Sound is MUCH better than TV speakers, BUT, it occasionally gets garbled/distorted and you have to change channels for a few seconds for it to reset. Originally used (supplied) optical cable, don't bother with it. Get the HDMI and don't be cheap. Spent $40 on a HDMI and it still gets garbled, just not as often.

After upgrading my 8 year old TV, I thought I'd also upgrade my 10 year old Bose CineMate II 2.1 sound system. I bought the Samsung HW-A650 soundbar based on store representatve recommendations. Setup was relatively easy, but wasn't able to get the soundbar to integrate with my existing universal remote. However, the really disappointing aspect of the sound bar was that it was no better than my 10 year old Bose system! I returned the soundbar and replaced it with a Vizio M51a-H6 5.1 system. The sound experience is definitely a step up, even though it is a lower power unit, so top end volume of the Samsung tops the Vizio. To be fair to Samsung, I'm still trying to get the Vizio to integrate with my existing universal remote so I can operate the TV, cable box, and soundbar from the one device like I was able to do with the 10 year old Bose!

So far I am pretty happy with this soundbar, I bought it Open Box, although today it's nearly the same low price (wait for a sale the price goes up and down on this). I have it connected in the following manner: AppleTv -> Soundbar -> Samsung TV (arc) After setting the bass level and the sound type, I use the AppleTV remote to control everything. I set my TV speakers to external so all sound comes from the sound bar. Using the ARC HDMI on the TV allows me to turn on/off the AppleTV, Soundbar and TV, with just one button press on the Apple Remote, nice and simple. I am more than happy with the sound quality, it is not as good as my dedicated 5.1 system, but is so much better than the TV speakers. The only issue that I have had is with controlling the volume with the Apple Remote, after about 3 weeks it started glitching/hanging. Today I contacted Samsung and they walked me through the reset procedure (Press and hold both the + & - buttons on the soundbar, for 5 seconds), hopefully this helps!

I am very happy with thus Sound Bar. I live in an apartment & its perfect. Substtial sound boost without being too overly obnoxious. Not to difficult to set up..i psired it with a Toshiba 65in Fire TV, so it did take me a bit to work out the perfect working order.

Boom! A real game-changer from my tv’s factory speakers. This one is 3.1 and that center speaker makes the voices stand out while the two outside speakers rock out the background noises. And sub changes the whole feel in the room. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this to replace an older Vizio soundbar and the difference was immediately apparent. It integrates well with my Samsung TV, it's easy to control and change options, and it sounds GREAT. If you have a Samsung Smart TV, this is the perfect add-on.
