The only problem I had was connecting the rear speakers that I purchased separately but that could be problem with the rear speakers.

It was very easy to set up and works seamlessly with our Samsung TV. The sound bar activates every time we use the TV so our sound is always rich and full when we need most.

Tried to hook up Sony sound system with new Samsung tv and would not work. Bought this system and as soon as I hooked it up it worked. Great sound and easy to setup.

I was happy to get this soundbar for half off. This thing shakes the whole room and the bass permeates the entire house at 40% volume. It's just like being in the theater.

It is also great for gaming and watching sports or movies. I would say my only complaint is the range of bluetooth, which starts skipping parts of songs if about 20 feet away.

This soundbar has very clear sound and literally seems like you have rear speakers. The center channel produces very clear dialogue. The sub is great - not overpowering but very solid, crisp bass.

It gets really loud and sounds great. The sub woofer volume is very low and you cannot turn it up much. With it cranked all the way up it's just a bit lower then I would normally want it to be for everyday use. So much so that I exchanged it for another one thinking something was wrong with it after downloading the newest firmware. I think I'm going to keep it but honestly think there is something better out there. If your into bass this isn't the one.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-A650 Soundbar with a 6.5” Wireless Subwoofer. We value your feedback regarding the subwoofer.
By design, the purpose of the subwoofer is to reproduces low frequency sounds and not musical tones. It adds rich tones and deepens sound effects, like the rumbles of an explosion or the depth in bass guitars and drums.
There are three adjustments that can be made for bass and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
3) Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select BASS BOOST mode. This will provide you with a larger emphasis on bass sound.
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

I originally bought the A550 but returned it and got the A650 instead when I saw it was on sale. The center speaker makes a big difference and the sound overall from this model is excellent.

I'm not an audiophile or anything but I like the way it sounds. The bass thumps for what it is and everything else comes through nice and clear.

I have have Samsung Q80 series 4k tv, so the menu's were easy being both Samsung products. I like that you can connect bluetooth or direct connection.

Took it back to Best Buy and they tested it and gave us a replacement. It sounds so good and hasn't had any issues. I didn't think it would be worth the purchase, but man was I wrong.

There are better ones out there. Bass is lacking in the lows. Sounds is clear though. Id say spend a little more and go with JBL

My family foom is not large so this set up is perfect. Sounds wonder fills the room. I would recommend it. I used the mounts that cam with the sound bar and mounted it up u der the tv.
