The sound is great and the subwoofer provides excellent bass in our large finished basement room with wooden walls and wall to wall carpet.

I also have a external bluetooth speaker. The JBL partybox so i paired that to my TV . The. Used the Optical Cable from tv to the soundbar and holy cow . Everything worked audio was a tad off but this soundbar has audio sync so i adjusted it to 100 and it was perfect . Talk about being in a movie experience . Wow. The subwoofer on this system is powerful . Ì also got the rear speaker kit for this and i love it . I will say it depends on sound mode when listening to music or watching movies i thought DTS was good for Music and Adaptive sound was best for movies.

Required reviewing and following along during installation process the online step by step directions. on the second try had success. Selected this particular sound bar because my husband's hearing misses the spoken word. He's not missing any dialogue now! Said it sounds like the person is in the room with us when speaking. The same is true when listening to classical music, not one note is missed. The packaging was most impressive and arrived in perfect condition.

To assist you in the functions and settings of your new soundbar, you can download the full user manual directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the A650 under A Series.
