Loud sounds nice, but low vol mid range is week

I have the soundbar by the TV and the sub woofer under a table next to the chairs. When it's turned up, it sounds nice, but low volume levels are really tinny. I thin it only has tweeters in the bar and uses the woofer + tweeters to generate the mid range. I was hoping for a bar this big, that it had mid range. I may take it back. I ahve another 2 weeks to think on it..

Thank you for purchasing this Samsung HW-A650 Soundbar featuring a dedicated center channel for clear dialogue and a wireless subwoofer for deep bass. We value your feedback regarding the performance of your soundbar.
Your soundbar features Adaptive Sound Lite to automatically analyze your content and optimize sound settings for the best audio delivery. You can also select from STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, or DTS VIRTUAL:X effects by pressing the SOUND MODE button on the soundbar remote.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol).
You can also access a built in 7 band EQ for even further manual adjustment. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)
