Good value at sale price. Overall sound is quite good, subwoofer is more than adequate for most content. Overall, a big improvement over the TV built-in speakers, As a 3.1, it has a center channel speaker for dialog, but I am disappointed that the center channel is not independently adjustable for volume or EQ. On the other hand, I can't find anything I like better at this price.

The force this sound system has is awesome!. I gave it to my husband as a gift because he's always wanted a sound system and he absolutely loved it. Started messing around with it right after he took it out of the box. We connected it to our 70 inch flat screen TV and it makes it sound 10x better. The sound and the bass.

Love my new soundbar. Great sound. Very clear sound. Bass is just right on a low setting. You can't beat it for this price. I have been waiting to get one. Then this one was on sale. The reviews were great so took a chance and had it shipped. So glad I did. Feels like you're in the theater.

The Samsung - HW-A650 3.1ch Sound bar was the perfect choice for our living room. Movie night is so much better and we feel like we are in a movie theater! Super easy to get setup, highly recommend.

Great soundbar. Purchased at an exceptional price of $299, this soundbar checks all the boxes. Sound, quality, functionality, etc. It has a pretty powerful sub-woofer as well. The only draw back is that I couldn't sync my Direct TV remote with it. I reached out to Samsung but never received a response. Maybe an update is in order.

Im really loving this Soundbar. I'm very amazed with the sound and bass with it. The 5.1 surround sound ability live up to it name. Rather it playing video game, movies and music. Easy to install take no more than 5min . Gave no problem in connect to Bluetooth from many devices I have. I Provide my video for example of my experience. this soundbar A650 model is equip with 3 ports (hdmi, hdmi arc, and optical. I'm using hdmi arc over optical because even both have the samn aspect. hdmi arc offer more clear and crips sound for a 3.1 system. great sound option (doulby digital, dts ,dts virtual 3d with 5.1 surround sound ). i notice it doesnt support wifi , but you can stream content through your device via bluetooth. and have alexia connect able.

Great sound! This not only has great sound, but with the center speaker tuned for voice/dialog I can hear more easily, I'm a bit hard of hearing and sometimes dialog gets lost with too much background noise. This was especially problematic with British accents. No more 'closed caption' necessary! Well worth the money. Sub speaker is awesome too. I purchased with surround speakers too.

The sound is great and the ease of use is nice. Intermittently, sound will cut out for about one second, but come right back. Overall, not bad. Bought it on sale which made it worth it.

It is a phenomenal sound system and it is super easy to set up. I have been a Samsung but for years and this sound bar did not disappoint. Not to mention finding on one of best buy's incredible open box deals. Literally couldn't be happier :D :D :D

This made my movie & tv-show watching experience go from "awesome" to "ohhhh myyyy godddd". You don't realize how much sound matters until you get one. I recently tried using just my TV's sound to see the difference, it was almost unwatchable. For this price point, I feel like I'm getting an incredible movie-like experience. Would highly recommend. If I had to find a "con", it would be that 1% of the time when turning the sound bar and TV on, it takes a minute or two for the sound bar to actually make an sound, and whatever I'm watching is dead silent. It's a weird little quirk that always resolves itself. Not sure why it takes 1 or 2 minutes to resolve, and not sure why it happens only 1-2% of the time when watching something. But figured I'd mention it.

Pros: Easy to set up Decent Sound - using in a master bedroom. Affordable - I bought this on a Black Friday sale Cons: Compared to prior soundbar, this one doesn’t fill the room with as much bass or sound. Another annoyance is the soundbar is hooked via Bluetooth to a Samsung TV (optical cable is hooked up to TV headphones so I cannot hook soundbar via optical cable) and the Soundbar has to be turned on every time the TV is turned on. This wouldn’t be an issue, but the remote doesn’t always turn the soundbar on so often times it has to be manually turned on by pressing the power button on the bar. I tested the batteries in the remote, so it makes no sense why this remote remote works fine and then doesn’t. It always works to adjust the volume once the bar is on. Overall, it’s pretty good for a master bedroom.

Downsized my house. I just didn’t feel like unpacking and running the cables and wires for my 5.1. Saw this bar was on sale yesterday. Went to my local best buy and after viewing it in person I made the purchase. Got to my new house and immediately connected this to my 2017 Samsung 4k tv. Tried Optical and Arc connection I went with arc simply because now I only need two remotes instead of three. Before I had my 5.1, the rv and the roku. Now I have a Samsung remote that controls both my tv and the sound system and my roku. The sound is very nice, next thing you know I was unpacking the living room while Michael Scott was warming up for his warehouse nba showdown.

GREAT sound bar!!! I'll be honest, when I first connected this I wasn't blown away. It sounded kinda meh to me. I purchased this to replace my other Samsung sound bar that I wanted to move from the living room to my office. I did think of returning it. But after a couple of weeks, this sounds amazing. I honestly don't know if it needs to be broken in or what. But wow if this doesn't sound amazing now. Regardless of whether it's movies or video games. The bass hits great. The clarity is perfect. The surround makes you look around sometimes, no joke. As if there's speakers behind you. So glad I didn't return it. Love this!!!

We bought the Samsung AW-A650 and paired it with the bluetooth wireless rear speakers by Samsung. Works great. Good sound. Synchronized very easily. Setup was easy. Controls are great. The remote is extremely simple. It took some time to get the sound balanced perfectly (volume of rear sound and bass) but controls were all very intuitive. We love it. We use a Roku with our TV (not a Roku TV), and we found that the standby signal the Roku sends to the TV does not turn off the soundbar. This means when you turn the TV on again, the soundbar and TV are no longer synchronized. So we keep the soundbar remote nearby just in case.

Great sound system. I bought a Sony 65 inch tv that had mediocre speakers. I purchased this Samsung soundbar and it greatly improved my watching experience. The sound is nice, crisp, and deep. I do think it could be more full, but for the price (400 when I bought, but has since dropped to 300) you can't go wrong. Very easy to set up. Works with Bluetooth. Highly recommend connecting an HDMI ARC cord to the TV. I was initially going to get the Bose soundbar 300, but the bar and the subwoofer were about 3x what this was going to be. Happy with my purchase - but the sound could definitely be a bt more full.
