We had a Polk soundbar and oddly enough the remote split apart.almost as if it were glued together and the adhesive wore off.due to this and after much ado Best Buy allowed us to get a replacement soundbar since we had the protection plan. We own a Samsung tv so getting the Samsung soundbar seemed to be our best option. I am so glad we did. Super easy set up and we can use the tv remote to control the volume.one thing I don’t like and can’t figure out is that once in a while the soundbar momentarily gives out then comes right back on.it’s a minor annoyance but it’s also brand new so this should not be happening. We were hooked up via Bluetooth but went to the optical option once this started happening…it didn’t fix it. Lol. Overall we are very pleased with the soundbar.

Sounds great! We have an LG TV and it really makes a TON of difference in the sound. Was easy for my husband to set up and has several different settings he likes to play around with. Very satisfied!

Nice sound bar for the price. We will eventually upgrade to a better system and move this to use in our bedroom, but for now it does a great job for the price and integrates nicely with the Samsung TV we bought at the same time. Easy setup!

Sound from my tv is now very crisp and clear. I have a Samsung tv, yet is was super easy to set up and use. I would recommend this sound bar.

This is a good sound system that I paired with a new 65" Samsung TV that I had just bought. I probably will further get the surround sound speakers eventually. It was easy to set up.

Amazing sound quality! Makes movie night much more enjoyable. It was easy to pair with my Samsung QLED tv. It sounds great for all shows/movies, but especially action movies.

Even though I have a Samsung TV, I had to call Samsung to get help setting up this sound bar. The sub-woofer would not connect, and the instructions are very sparse. It does not ship with an HDMI cable, yet that is what Samsung recommends. It took over an hour on the phone to get the sub-woofer to work with the audio cable that comes with it. I finally got everything to work after two calls to Samsung support. I purchased a separate HDMI cable and the sound bar worked much better. If Samsung recommends HDMI it should either include one in the box or recommend it with big bold letters on the box--and tell salesmen to recommend the HDMI. The sound bar works great now and is the perfect size for our smallish den.

Works and sounds great for us. Easy hook up. We replaced an LG we always had issues with the sound performing properly and this works with no issues.

Easy to configure. Mounted to tv with additional inexpensive generic mount. Certainly sounds better than built-in tv speakers. Sound quality is decent and connectivity is good. Would recommend at the sale price.

This was tough to rate between 3&4. The sound from the soundbar itself is fantastic. It’s crisp and clear. Looks great. Links right up to my Samsung TV so I only have to use one remote. Where this unit is disappointing, is in the wireless subwoofer. There is not much bass at all. Mind you I have been in commercial audio/video for a long time so my expectations may be a bit high, but I expected more bass from a Samsung product. The subwoofer looks great, but the bass is mediocre. I’d recommend it if you are just after a slight amount of bass. The unit itself works great and has no flaws. The quality in the construction is 5 star.

I decided on this soundbar after looking at all of the other models Samsung has to offer. I believe this is a good mid grade model from them. I was coming from a 5 or so year old Samsung HW-F450 soundbar, as it was fried during a power outage/storm, even WITH a whole home surge protector. That 450 model was also a somewhat mid grade unit back then, and I don't notice much difference between my old one and this new 650 model. So if you have an older HW-F450 or similar soundbar and you're thinking of upgrading to this, I don't think it's worth it. Aside from that, I think everything functions great with clear crisp sound and decent bass. I'd definitely recommend if you don't have a soundbar and are looking for one with everything you need and nothing you don't.

Value for money, can beat the price for the quality of the sound, i have a 13ft x 13ft living room and fills the room perfectly, definitely recommend to anyone who want to upgrade

This has good sound for the price. Bought to work with TV. Nice setup all around. Good for a standard living room movie watching setting. Clear sound.

Love my soundbar. The only drawback is that I must manually connect it to my LG tv every time I turn the tv on. Blah, I hate that! I would definitely recommend, but only with a Samsung tv.

Oh my God..all of what I expected and much more! The sound is of the chain, and the base is kicking too. I love it❤️. Very good deal and worth every bit of the cost.

This sound bar is very easy to setup and has very clear sound. Would recommend using a HDMI cable instead of the included optical cable though for best experience.

A couple weeks ago I would've given this 5 stars but now it only gets 3. The sound bar and sub-woofer are easy to set up. No complicated set up or instructions and it connected quickly. It worked wonderfully with excellent sound until about 2 weeks ago. Now it has decided it will only work when it wants to. But it's not broken cause when it decides to work it sounds great. I can't afford to buy a different one so now I'm stuck with it. I would suggest a more reliable sound bar for anyone looking to purchase one.

Really great sound easy set up would love to buy 2 more to set u in our beach house and send to my mom and dad and sister.it needs to go back on sale very soon

I've wanted a soundbar for a flat screen installed in the den and happened to hear this one passing through Best Buy. With the sale price it was too good to pass up. Installation and connecting the Bluetooth was easier than anticipated, I hit the search button and two seconds later it was connected and automatically turns on with the TV and operates off of the TV remote. Much improved sound over the TV and having the subwoofer adds some nice depth. Definitely not a setup I would have sought out or considered, but I really haven't found a reason to not be content with this purchase.

Amazing sound quality from a bar. The sound is sharp and the bass from the bass box is powerful enough to make the cinematic experience more real.
