Very good experience as usual in my local Best Buy shop. The Samsung Soundbar is very well built, we connected it to our Sony Bravia TV and totally surprised with the sound. I was replacing a whole combo of AV amplifier and a set of speakers, front, surround, central and subwoofer. One cable to connect to the TV and one power connection and that was all. In the end the audio quality is better and we reduced the footprint in the living room a lot and everything looks not cluttered anymore.

We are enjoying the new sound bar. We have a nice bold bass, and everything sound great when we turn it up to watch movies.

Has great sound and is very easy to setup. Got for my game room TV to have better sound while playing or just watching TV.

Good 3 channel helps with dialog. I put the subwoofer by the couch for ultimate bass feel. Feels like you’re in the movies!

I bought an open-box excellent with some trepidation. When I hooked it up it was terrible . I could not get the voice to sync with the picture and it is incredibly annoying process to do so, you have to push the star button three times to get to the sync, you have approximately two seconds to hit the up button, you select the advance you want, then you have to listen and see if it worked, then repeat the process again 11 more times. I could not get it to work. And the bass was nonexistent in any sound mode, even cranked up to max. I downloaded the update and installed it, it was better but still off. I tried the process again, getting more and more frustrated. I was resigned to returning it. I decided to unplug it, wait awhile, and plug it back in. Boom. Awesome. Voice synced, bass kicks in strong, plenty of volume. Note: Hulu requires a lot more volume than other streaming channels, if you're disappointed with your volume, try another channel, it might be the channel. After I lot of setting up, it works great.

Title says it all. This thing has incredible audio quality and the subwoofer packs a punch. Next time you watch a movie, I definitely recommend this. I upgraded from a $150 Vizio set and it was a great choice. For your next movie night, you'll definitely want this turned on - get ready to hear this across your house. Definitely do not recommend this if you have an apartment/very close neighbors that don't enjoy listening to your movies.

Samsung and Harman Kardon are a perfect match. The system sounds great and is reasonably priced.

I purchased the Samsung A 650 3.1 channel Soundbar to go with my Samsung 65inch UHD 8000 tv. The setup was very easy. The tv coordinated all the install needs once I hooked up with hdmi. I love the sound from this unit. The subwoofer is not over the top and appropriately compliments the sound with just the right amount of bass. The voice clarity is a welcome change from other sound bars I checked out. The virtual surround is great when watching movies. I would recommend this product.

The sound bar itself works but the additional speaker doesn't work well. I wish it came with 2 remotes since my husband hogs the one it came with.

I purchased this sound bar to replace an almost 15 year old surround sound system. Sound quality is very good with clear center speaker speech and a pretty nice subwoofer included in the package. The included remote allows you to adjust bass volume independent of overall volume. Build quality is excellent - the unit is not made of plastic and feels substantial. While it does not match the previous surround sound unit when playing Blu-ray DVDs containing the latest Dolby 5.1 sound, it does a good job of simulating surround sound and uses DTS Virtual:X to enhance the effect. Also, Samsung offers additional wireless back speakers so you could turn this unit in to true surround sound. There are several sound mode settings available including Adaptive Sound that determines the optimum directional settings for the type of sound coming from the TV. When there is speech in the program, the center speaker on this product provides clearer sound than our previous surround sound system. Using HDMI ARC, this product interfaces with our Samsung TV with only one out-of-the box issue. Our Samsung TV would always switch the HDMI input from the cable box to the sound bar input. We got sound, but no picture. We then had to use the TV remote to select the correct HDMI input. I researched the issue, tried many variations of cable connections, then finally found Samsung has a firmware update for this product. All is well after I installed the firmware update on the sound bar.
