Sounds a lot better than TV Speakers. You can turn the Bass and Treble up or down, with the remote, Turn the Subwoofer up or down with the remote. It comes with a Bass Boost Feature, gives it a really good, deep bass sound. It was a breeze to hook up. Has other Features like Night Mode, Voice Enhance, Surround Sound, and Adaptative Sound. So much better than the built in TV speakers that we have been using for many years. The sub woofer adds a nice low frequency bump. The surround sound effects are very convincing, even without the separately available rear speakers set. The Firestick remote was easily configured to allow the remote full control of the TV and sound bar power and volume using the on screen settings function of the Fire stick.

It has a great volume quality and with that small subwoofer that bring such intense beat was over my expectation. Another great factor is you can easily turn up or down your subwoofer using the remote instead of it just being at one standard level. Great item, I recommend to everyone to purchase this item.

The HW-B450 Soundbar features a powerful wireless subwoofer, as well as Bass Boost mode to instantly amplify the bass with a touch of a button. You can try manually optimizing your settings by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing SURROUND SOUND - GAME - ADAPTIVE - BASS BOOST - STANDARD
Additionally, there are two additional adjustments that can be made for bass and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down
2) Adjust the BASS or TREBLE by pressing the TONE CONTROL button on the remote control, then select
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics by pressing and holding the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds, make sure you also set the SOUND MODE to STANDARD.
For the best available connection, we do recommend using a Digital Optical Cable from the Soundbar to the TV. For your Apple TV, would we recommend connecting that directly to one of the TV's HDMI ports as this will give you the best experience overall.
