When I watch a movie, it sounds like I'm in the theater. When I mute it and only have the tv sound on, you can definitely hear the difference. I am very impressed.

It beat my expectations. It sojnds as good as the bigger kne i had in my entertainment room. The quality of the sound is superb.

Paired it with my Samsung TV very easily and the sound quality is perfect in my townhome. Not sure how it would do in bigger home but my guess is it would be just fine

Great sound, terrible durability

My first remote stopped working after 2 weeks, contacted samsung and they sent me another one. Then my subwoofer stopped pairing with the soundbar so they sent me another one after a couple calls going back and forth. Now that i received my new subwoofer only way i can pair it is with the remote and now the NEW remote went out on me… going to have to contact them again but i’d recommend looking at other brands first. Like i said the quality of the sound is great but the durability is terrible for me

Static on sub and disconnects from tv

Trying moving it away from all electric items or cables. Exchanged product and same thing. It also disconnects from tv. I had to unplug from back of speaker because if I disconnected from electric outlet it wouldn't function. Good luck im gonna have to try another brand. Good sound. :'(

This sound could be interference from another electronic device such as a modem/router or phone charger plugged in to the same outlet as your subwoofer.
