    i called o get some help setting a few items on a new TV and sound bar. The consultant was very helpful, taking all the time needed until I was satisfied and fix the problem. Outstanding service!

    Was good until sub disconnected for some wierd reason and I guess you need the remote to reset it and I bought mine open box and it didn’t come with remote so now I have a sound bar with no bass ☹️ so if you buy just make sure you get a remote
