Thank you for taking a moment to review the HW-C400 Samsung Soundbar.
Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. Pressing it a second time will unmute.

My wife likes to watch action movies and this definitely improves the sound, even the bass with it's built-in woofer. Christmas carols sounded better this year too. I'm sure there are bigger, better, more expensive sound bars for the true audiophiles, but this is fine for us. Great price too, and easy hookup.
