It seems like most sound bars you have a remote for the TV and remote for the sound bar. This one works with the remote from the TV.

Samsung soundbar w/built-in woofer

But isn’t the best for my 85inch TV. I was expecting a little more surround sound for movie night. The volume button is and was confusing at first, and the remote isn’t as user friendly.

I was worried the wireless bluetooth connection would cause audio unsynchronized with video but the delay is not at all detectable. My only critique is I have not found very crisp treble from this sound bar.

If the video on the TV and audio from the soundbar are not synchronized, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote, until you see AUDIO SYNC on the display. You can then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
Additionally, please make sure your soundbar is using the latest firmware Version. You can update the firmware Version of your soundbar by using a USB device. If available, you may also want to update the firmware Version of your TV which may feature audio delay improvements.
If you continue to experience audio delay, and are connected wirelessly, please use the included digital optical audio cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Using a wired connection instead of wireless often eliminates the audio delay entirely and improves the user experience.

There are a few things you may want to check:
1) The maximum wireless signal transmission distance is about 33 ft.
2) Electronic devices may cause radio interference. Devices that generate electromagnetic waves should be kept away from the Soundbar main unit - e.g., microwaves, wireless LAN devices, etc.
3) Also, please be sure you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by using a USB device. You can find the update on the product page of your HW-C400 on the Samsung website.
