Just won't sync

I just can't get this bar to sync up properly. It is like watching a Japanese movie. Lips don't match the sound. Very distracting. Tries bluetooth and optical. Does not seem to be any control in the bar to allow advance or delay. I think it will be going back. The other annoyance is the the voice that tells you menu options is difficult to turn down. Jumps you right out of your chair.

We appreciate you taking a moment to review the HW-C400 Soundbar.
If the video on the TV and audio from the soundbar are not synchronized, press the SOUND CONTROL button on the soundbar remote, until you see AUDIO SYNC on the display. You can then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
You can also try the below to minimize the delay:
1) Connect the source directly to the Soundbar’s HDMI input, then connect the Soundbar to the HDMI ARC input on the TV.
2) On the TV, set the Sound Delay level to 0. Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay: “0”
3) Change the audio format to PCM on both the source device and the TV.

Works Great, Very Satisfied with Samsung Sound Bar

I then went to the Best Buy store where it was in stock. The sound bar was located, paid for, and taken home. The installation was very easily accomplished using the included cord. Works great and I am very satisfied with the performance of this sound bar.

The only problem is you can get a better on for an extra 40 bucks or so during sale events. If you need a small soundbar because of space then this is a great option.
