    Was thinking of going with a 65 in but saw a deal on this one on cyber Monday. The picture quality is awesome and watching movies it's like you're the director.

    I should have stuck to my first choice and bought a simple soundbar for a lot less money. This sub-woofer will not connect so I don't even use it. Volume is all over the place depending on what channel you're watching.

      You can manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND MODE button to select the desired pre-equalized sound setting. The choices are SURROUND SOUND – GAME – ADAPTIVE SOUND – DTS VIRTUAL:X – STANDARD.

      To control the volume of the treble or bass press the TONE CONTROL button, and then adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons on your soundbar remote.

      Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.)

      If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select AUDIO SYNC in Sound Control, and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.

      With the Surround Speakers connected, select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.

    Sounds terrific rich clear. Music voice clarity are excellent. At the sale price $199 outstanding. Note not sure it matters for the mixed reviews seeing. So far so good. I noticed half the boxes manufactured in two different places. Using e-arc HDMI on a Samsung TV connected and TV pretty much took care of the rest, including wireless subwoofer sync. So glad I purchased. Hope don’t have issue others have said they had after more time.

    This product was purchased with a new tv, got home installed the product; worked for 3 hours then disconnected; tried to troubleshoot it with videos on YouTube/ the Samsung website. Got fed up and returned product to store. Then decided to purchase product again and have geek squad installe product for me(incase i was doing something wrong) best buy messed up my order and my purchase was canceled only to find out the day of my installation. Ended up going to the store purchasing the product and scheduling again installation. Finally got product installed and it only workded for 2 hours and did then same. Called best buy, their customer service rep. Has to schedule someone to come to my house yet again to trouble shoot product and see if the brand new product needs repair! Unfortunately i am dissatisfied with the product i e purchased and completely dissapointed in the service best buy is making me go threw!! I’ve purchased many things from best buy and never have i ever been in soo much hassle to get a working product!
