Couldn’t get to Bluetooth to the tv, have it connected with HDMI. The sound bar shuts off every 30 minutes because it doesn’t recognize a signal. This model won’t work with Samsungs smart things and when you try to use a usb flash drive to update (per Samsungs trouble shooting) the sound bar just says no data so it cannot update. The directions are not difficult yet it won’t update. Great waste of money

I was going to buy a new 2.1 but opted for this 3.1 and it makes a big difference in my opinion. I have a 2.1 upstairs and put this on the basement TV. Hearing voices better has changed the way we watch movies. Before, everything was loud to hear the voices but now it’s a lot better balanced.
