I LOVE this new soundbar! I have tried this soundbar with various setups, on my projector set up, my TV, PS5/XBox as well as my PC! I haven't decided where I want to settle this piece, but it is amazing. The installation was very simple. For TV or Projector , it's straight forward, HDMI in (PS5 as example), HDMI out to your TV or Projector. I did try the optical, also straight forward. Just for fun, I hooked it up to a PC and that was amazing. HDMI in and HDMI out, you can get the audio via GPU port, don't stress it. Of course you can always do the optical which is just straight forward on the PC. Finally for the sound, which is what we all care about... WOW! For a 3.1, with the seamless ATMOS was amazing. The trick is making sure you go through the configuration, takes a bit of time, but customize it to YOUR ears. Once it was set up, I was amazed at the sound stage, especially on PC optical! What's above or below, left or right, in all my movies and games beats any speaker I've ever had on the PC. The very highest tones were slightly tinny, but everything else was crisp. The deepness of the bass/lows gave a nice umph, very immersive for my games. It was SO good, I thought it was doing a disservice to this product, so I unplugged it and moved it to my TV. Of course, does not beat a 9.1 theater grade set up I have but it was quite impressive! Finally I settled and unplugged it and put it on my ultra short throw project, and what a match made in heaven. Highly recommend it! Crisp, immersive staging, overhead sounds amazing I still can't get over it, and the mids and lows were spot on. Again, very subjective, but I highly recommend to tune to your liking, won't disappoint!

We have been looking for a good sound bar for our living room television. We have used another soundbar purchased years ago and there were always issues with the sound. Now we ended up getting this Samsung, having been very pleased with their S-series tablet line that uses Dolby Atmos audio. This Samsung HW-Q60B 3.1ch Soundbar with Dolby Audio has really enhanced our entertainment experience. Setting up was pretty simple as they already provide all of the cables necessary to connect to our television. Note, you do need to connect the HDMI to the DTS source Immediately we noticed the difference from our old soundbar. We definitely hear the 3D sound projecting around us, giving us that surround sound as if we are in a theater. The Samsung soundbar provides 3 channels, the subwoofer and the up-firing channels. We noticed right away at how clear and crisp the sounds were coming from the bar. The vocals were not muffled by any background music, perfect optimized audio. The remote really has great connection and is much needed when you are watching in order to provide the right sound for you at the moment. BlueTooth is available on this but I did not set it up. Instead, setting it up to my HDMI ARC allows this enhanced audio experience. Bass sounds great and again, it doesn’t overwhelm the dialogue at all. Overall, we are very happy with this Samsung Soundbar. Our movie/television experience has definitely been enhanced.

I really wanted to like this soundbar because it looks good, has some nice features such as digital display on the front and it has a fairly decent mid and high range audio quality but the inconsistent connectivity with my TV ruined the experience. I connected the soundbar using the HDMI cable provided and the eARC ports on both my TV and the soundbar. After setting the TV up to use the eARC output and setting the soundbar to D.IN (Digital Input) the soundbar worked great and indicated that it was in eARC mode. However, if the TV was turned off and then back on or if I changed inputs on the TV the soundbar would change its settings from D.IN eARC to HDMI. Since the audio input was on the eARC HDMI port and not the HDMI port we would lose audio. To get the audio back I had to use the remote to reset the soundbar back to the D.IN source setting to get it to work. Expecting my kids and wife to be able to figure this out every time they turned on the TV or switched the input to the DVD or game player was too much to ask. None of my other soundbars had this issue so I thought maybe it was just a software issue so I downloaded the latest firmware from the Samsung website onto a USB drive and went through the upgrade process but the soundbar would not update because it already had the latest software. I also did a hard reset on the soundbar but that did not affect this issue either. I could have used the digital audio cable or Bluetooth but that defeated the purpose of having the eARC capabilities. Because of this issue I am reluctant to recommend this soundbar. Note that my TV is not a Samsung but it is a high end OLED tv and it has worked without issue with at least 3 other brand soundbars I have used in the past. Overall the sound quality was an improvement over the TV speakers and the included sub did add some bass although it struggled with providing deep bass. Samsung does provide separate controls for the treble and bass and has a few presets to help tune the sound quality to your liking. The surround and virtual DTS settings enhanced the soundstage especially when playing action movies. The Subwoofer paired with the soundbar without issue and it never failed to connect. The subwoofer is small but for its size it provides a decent amount of bass to compliment the soundbar. The included wall mount brackets and mounting guide worked well and the soundbar was easy to mount and dismount due to its design. The controls were easy to access on the top of the soundbar and the remote is simple and intuitive. The display on the front of the soundbar makes it easy to see what you are adjusting when you use the remote or control buttons. On the downside the soundbar does not include a personal assistant nor does it have any type of tool for adapting the audio to your room.

Got this product during a sale and even though it has a few minor hiccups it was still worth the price. The quality is typical Samsung, it sounds crisp, has deep base and is easily adjustable. The biggest flaw(which is minor)is the Bluetooth has trouble connecting sometimes. I use this as a speaker for my projector, so it connects wirelessly to my Apple TV. Now once connected I have no problems, but I find myself having to attempt to connect several times. Some days it connects with ease, others it might take a few attempts. Could be an Apple TV issue, I’ve only ever tried it with this product.. but I’d think since it is about a foot apart it should have no real issue connecting. Outside of that it really does what it was built for and it sounds great. It also has the asthetics to back it up. I’d recommend this product!

I will begin by saying I love this sound bar! I love Samsung products, so I am pretty biased and I acknowledge that. I have Samsung TVs, laptops, monitors, and phones. This sound bar works well within the Samsung smart things ecosystem. I have used the Soundbar for at least two months, but I think maybe three, and I am very pleased with the sound quality so far. For reference, I have this sound bar connected to a Samsung smart monitor via HDMI cable and it is located upstairs in my apartment in my loft area. It just sounds soooooooo good. I love listening to Lo Fi music when I am working, which is pretty often, and I enjoy watching action movies. The bass kicks in nicely. I really have no bad things to say. I have a fire stick connected to the back of the sound bar and then the sound bar is connected to the smart monitor. The only thing that could make it better is it it had Alexa capabilities. I give it five stars regardless. Oh it comes with a remote. It has the usual features, nothing special there.

I've been testing the Samsung HW-Q60B 3.1ch Soundbar for almost two weeks. Overall, I think it is an excellent soundbar and a great upgrade when compared to standard TV speakers. The design and construction of the soundbar and remote are really nice and give the impression that this is a premium product. Also, it was nice that the soundbar came with mounting hardware. However, the subwoofer on the other hand, feels like it was built for a budget model soundbar. but even with its budget level looks it provided premium level bass. With that said, they all do work well together, and I didn't have any issues setting them all up. A great feature of this soundbar is that it seamlessly connects to the subwoofer without any user intervention. In my two weeks of use I didn't notice any drop off in connection between the soundbar, woofer or even the TV, everything just worked. Another feature I like about this sound bar is that it has two HDMI ports. Which is great because I was able to plug my TV into one port and have my stereo receiver in the second one. Which allowed me to switch between the two for sound output. I also tested the second HDMI with a streaming stick. I found that the sound output is significantly better when my streaming device is directly connected to the soundbar. However, the second HDMI port did not support eARC so I was not able to control the soundbar using my streaming device remote and vice versa. The sound quality of this system is excellent. I found that it provided great volume levels, sound separation and a movie theater-like simulated surround experience. This was especially apparent when playing music or the voice of the narrator was bass heavy or when objects moved from one side of the screen to the other. Also playing music sounded fantastic. However, sometimes the dialogue was a little muffled. but I was easily able to remedy that by adjusting the center channel levels. Which is another great feature I forgot to mention. All the levels are individually customizable. There are 10 levels of customization for the woofer, center channel, bass and treble. With all that said, this is a great soundbar set-up that is easy to recommend.

I bought this sound system for my 40 year old son for Christmas. He didn't think i understood the concept of useing a sound system lol. With the help of a knowledgeable sales rep, i was able to shock my son. He absolutely loves it! It has the 3 speakers in the bar and the wireless subwoofer. It took longer to unbox than to set it up. It also has Bluetooth so he was able to connect to his music app on his phone. The sound is clear and crisp with extra base that my son loves.

Works like a sound bar should. Easy to setup, connects to my very old plasma tv. Replaced a 2.1ch with this 3.1ch and the added center channel made a noticeable difference. Plenty of volume and the sub. does a decent job.

I was looking for the perfect gift for mu sister and brother-in-law that recently had a house warming reunion for their new home. This Samsung sound bar is just amazing. Very sharp and detailed sound. Perfect for movies and play music. You cannot go wrong with Samsung products. Easy to set up and takes very small amount of space. I truly recommend this product. you will not regret buying it, is worth your money guarantee. Sound quality is amazing.

Bought this online and picked up in store an hour later. Open box description said "good condition " but when I got it home it was all in original packaging and was brand new. Best deal of the day for sure. Has great room filling sound and plenty of boom for all the action scenes. Have had it for a month or so and love it. Easy install...had it up and working in under an hour.

Easy set up, and easy connection. (Currently using arc channel) Sound Quality is nice, can get pretty loud and the bass can get very heavy. For me it sounds best with the combo of soundbar + tv for the extra volume. The voice up feature is great so the voices don't get lost in the action. I really appreciate the feature.

Fantastic sound from just 2 speakers. The sub has great bass and midrange and the soundbar really highlights voices and music. I've been listening to music through BT all day long now. BT connection is seamless.

Great sound for an inexpensive sound bar and wireless sub-woofer. I set this up with a Samsung S95B OLED 65 inch and it works flawlessly. Turns on and off with the TV...I haven't used the remote that came wirh it since I set it up.

I bought this to add to the TV we bought for our second home in Florida. It, like the TV, isn't as big nor does it contain all the bells and whistles that the unit does at the permanent house back North. And you can tell the difference, at least I can. My wife can see no difference. That being said, I am quite happy with this unit, especially considering how much less expensive this sound bar was compared to a larger unit. For a smaller room or a smaller budget, or if you don't need an overwhelming experience, just a nice one, this unit will do the job just fine. Like I said, I'm quite happy with this unit.

We love the soundbar! What a difference in sound quality and clarity vs the TV sound quality. The sound bar greatly improves voice quality. It was so easy to set up and operate! The sleek design fits nicely on our TV stand.

Sounds great on my 8k TV. Easy to connect. Movies, video games and the sound jumps out at you. I have it setup in my open area man cave and still bangs out bass and treble on only a quarter of the way turned up.

Nicely designed, compact soundbar that works seamlessly and fits nicely under with my Samsung Q60B TV to provide some punchy, high-quality audio. It’s a good value especially with the Q symphony integration.

Works great with my Samsung Q70a. Sound is amazing. Took a little bit of tweaking to get the sound right, but once I did it sounded perfect! Matches my TV good too. Great product!
