Ok, so I bought this supposedly "excellent" open box. However, the manual, HDMI cable, and wall mount are missing. I understand that the manual may have been missing, but should just label it "good" when a lot of stuff is missing. Anyway, the sound the sound though is great! No complaint there. Luckily, I have a tv stand where I put the sound bar since this didn't come with wall mount.

Sound is very nice and can be dialed in to match preferences. Several preset sound options that you can easily toggle between. Integration with a Firetv has been easy. This setup has totally revamped our TV experience.

One of the best, if not the best sound bar ive ever owned. Good bass, nice crispness to the other sounds. Even has a night mode so you dont disturb other people in the house.

This product is amazing the sound is clean and crisp. The price was well worth it. Best Buy inspected and allowed it to go open box best deal of the year in my opinion

Great product for a 50% discount. Regular $500 for $250 plus a $10 dollar gift card, *chef's kiss.* Samsung is about as good as you can get before a Bose item. Easy to install on a Samsung TV and sounds amazing.

Sound is very good. EARC worked no problems with a Sony tv. Although the audio of this device appears to be narrow, not sure if this is due the fact the bar is shorter than the actual tv (75") perhaps your mind plays tricks on your head to make you think the audio is very much directional. I bought 2 wireless rear speakers compatible with this unit 9200 series.

I was really surprised with easy installation and with sound soon as I started with using. Great sound for watching movies and Tv ,Games ... Also with Samsung TV soon as you set up SOUND MODE you need only remote from TV.

Awesome sound, it has very clear voice and the bass is very explosive, you can really feel like if you were on a cinema room, it really worths the sacrifice, I purchased it on a Black Friday so I got it for a better price.

Best soundbar I've owned! I have had nothing but awesome experiences with this bar my ONLY con would be stronger bass from the bar itself. This soundbar does an excellent job of creating an "above" surround sound while watching action movies or gaming and no shortage of boom from the 6.5" sub! Overall i would recommend this bar (even though its a little older) to anyone that doesn't have the space for a fully immersive system or doesn't want to deal with all the speakers/ mounting placements for full surround!

Much better sound quality than the 1st soundbar that I had that the baseball's went out. But I like this one. I like the big tones and the as my kids call it booming while watch a movies

Amazing sound quality. Easy to install. Quick settings for sound quality. Add the wireless rear speakers and its like being in a theater.

Good sound for the price. Needed a sound bar for the tv in the garage, where I watch sports. This worked. Plenty of sound to fill a large space, and the sub-woofer is decent too.

The sound is great, much better than the standard TV speakers. The subwoofer really adds to the overall experience. Connections were simple, connected to my Fire Stick right away and haven't had any issues. Only dislike is there is no on-screen display. you have to see connections, volume level, etc. in the small LCD display in the front right corner of the sound bar.

It sounds nice and clean. The bass from the sub isn't over powering. The vocals are nice and clean. I'm happy with the purchase

As a best buy employee, I must say for the price, the Q60B is hands down the best bang for buck soundar. Audio quality is great, and the sub can shake the room if you want it to.

Love the feature on this. Very easy to connect, my preference is HDMI or Bluetooth. Both sound great. Would recommend and I have! Keep building quality products Samsung!
