Regularly $500 and got it for $220. It was recommended by my son in-law. The sound bar system was a great enhancement to my Samsung TV. It added depth and overall quality to the sound. Thinking about getting the wireless rear speakers for even more enhancement. Good soundbar!!

But with some trouble shooting over the phone and a visit by the geek squad it was determined to be doa. The geek squad went to a near-by store and brought a new 1 back installed it and I have been enjoying it ever since. It’s a perfect match with my new 65 inch QLED Samsung smart TV

Best Buy exchanged it and I had to hook it up. It has been working perfectly. I give it a 4 because the first one quit. Best Buy was more help than Samsung

2 soundbars and both died

It had no sound at all, disconnected everything and reconnected it, read the downloaded owners manual and (read it twice) still nothing. Called Samsung and they walked me through the setup and, yep nothing. I took it back and to Best Buy and they replaced it, no questions asked. Took the new one home connected it and this time it wasn't three days it was 3 hours and I started to hear static. I'm taking it back today and will replace it with yet another one, if the 3rd one isn't working correctly, i'm going to go with a different manufacturer. I have an QN85B Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV (2022).
