It was super easy to set up, but it is lacking in some features. My biggest issue is that the sound cuts out intermittently. After updating firmware and much troubleshooting, it was determined that my wifi signal is disrupting it. Of course, all this troubleshooting took up my entire return window so now I'm stuck with this soundbar that I can't really use unless I disable my home wifi.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with the HW-Q60C Soundbar. I am sorry to see that your initial time with the Soundbar has been frustrating.
If you have not yet tried, within your router settings set your TV and Soundbar both 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. Having both the TV and the Soundbar on possibly different Wi-Fi bands can cause interference or connection issues. By making sure they are both running on the same band, you should see less issues overall.
Lastly, try do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - (Volume UP/DOWN) buttons on the body at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.
