Got a great Black Friday deal purchasing it with a 65” Samsung TV! Easy to set up using the remote not the app. Need to get speaker stands and wall mounts still doing research on that but extremely happy with my purchase.

Bought in july 2022 now my sub goes in and out tried to update, no updates available dont know why it keeps doing this. Makes it suck

Thank you for sharing your experiences with the HW-Q750B Soundbar. Your feedback is very appreciated and will be shared with our internal teams.
There could be a few different reasons that your subwoofer is cutting out. If you have recently moved a Wi-Fi router/modem closer to your subwoofer or soundbar unit. This can cause interference between the soundbar and subwoofer.
If you have moved your wireless subwoofer behind any walls or metal furniture can also cause interference between your unit and sub.
You may also want to initialize your soundbar by pressing the - and + (volume) buttons on the side of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display and the soundbar will be reset. Please know, this will reset all settings on the soundbar back to default; any sound adjustments will need to be performed again.

Much clearer sound and better bass than my previous center channel/sub speakers. Need to play with the settings to get the volumn of the characters voices increased, but overall, great improvement of my last system and very pleased! plus it was Black Friday pricing!

Q-Symphony is magic

Then you can activate Q-Symphony and it becomes a 5 star system. The Atmos bubble is a new way to experience movies. Vertical sound is shockingly cool. It sounds like the voices are coming from directly where the actors mouths are on the screen! Sound effects come from below or above (on the sides they also come from lower or higher). The system is loud. It's actually kind of hard to not have it loud when not in night mode. I was able to reign it in for my apartment, but I wish there were more volume levels on the low side. The surround speakers are easy to set up and have a full sound for how small they are. The subwoofer has surprising low end, especially if you turn on Bass Boost. To get full control, you have to use the SmartThings app. And, you have to turn Intelligent Mode on via the TV to get Adaptive + mode going. This mode is my go to for Atmos.

You can try manually optimizing your audio experience with the TONE CONTROL button. You are able to adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound with this button. It can be adjusted using the Up/Down buttons on your soundbar remote.
By pressing the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “Standard”.)
Try the different pre-equalized sound settings using the SOUND MODE button, you can select the desired audio mode such as Surround, Game, Standard, Adaptive sound.

Excellent addition to home theatre

That one gave us a lot of issues. Therefore, we decided to upgrade to this samsung soundbar. So far it's been an amazing experience. We also have a samsung tv so they paired up seamlessly. The soundbar gets very loud and the subwoofer has a lot of thump to it. At most, we keep the volume at 39 and that's more than enough being that it goes all the way up to 100. I hoghly recommend trying this out.
