I ordered and received a open box unit. Everything was there. Hooked everything up and found it all just worked. Sadly I dont have a newer Samsung TV for the added features, but hooked up to a Sony TV and using the smarthings app I get most of the advertised features. The unit itself is a far cry better than the Sony unit that was there previously.

This is an excellent sound bar and subwoofer. It pairs up perfectly with my Samsung 85" QN90 TV.

I upgraded from a QS-730D +SWA-9500S rear speakers, which was already incredible, to this, and I'm absolutely BLOWN AWAY! It feels like I'm IN the movie/game! Dolby Atmos was never really a thing to me, then I bought the Q930D and I was missing out on SO MUCH! Get it while you can!

Second one I have purchased. Easy user interface and setup, sound is phenomenal.

This soundbar is perfect. Watching a movie or listening to music sounds and feels incredible. The rear speakers deliver that immersive experience I was looking for.

I have never owned a sound bar and in reality, I was not sure how it was going to turn out, little difficult to install but now after few months of owning it we are very pleased with it and its quality sound is amazing have not had any problems other people claim they had I'll recommend it

So happy/lucky to have bought this soundbar. Got it on super sale along with buying a TV (almoat half off). I love it and pairs amazing with my S95C TV. FYI the rear speakers wont be loud like the soundbar, it picks up background noise. Like hearing rain fall is amazing. Great soundbar and highly recommend. Again its a $1600 sound bar we got for $799. Rear speakers can be added to other outlets (so doesnt need to be connected to it).

Who ever is saying the subwoofer is not strong, I’d really like to know what you’re comparing it to? This system sounds amazing! No reason to spend $500 more dollars for 2 more speakers on the sound bar! Extremely satisfied!

This sound system is the perfect compliment for the TV and provides the greatest experience for any show or movie. Very happy with my choice.

I bought this soundbar as an upgrade to my 2020 5.1.2 soundbar…all I can say is “night and day!” The Dolby atoms is so good this model. The 9 speakers is awesome super loud

Amazing! We have went through multiple soundbars and surround sound and this one is by far the best. I love that there is an app where you can control every aspect of the sound. I especially love that you can control the subwoofer from the remote given. I will recommend this to anyone.
