I decided to buy the Q950A Soundbar to go with my Samsung TV. I like to start off by saying that Samsung sound bars have always been my favorite but as for this one in general I’m frustrated with it. Set up was easy. I tried HDMI connection didn’t work. Tried Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, optical didn’t work. Reset the system and tried again and no sound. What’s even more frustrating is I bought the soundbar at one best buy location and had to drive almost an hour across town to pick it up at another Best Buy location. Lost time, gas just to get home and to be disappointed. I will be returning this item today due to it not working out the box. Could be a defective item but long story short was very disappointed after this whole experience. Hopefully BestBuy can make it rite. Wish I could of posted a review about how amazing this product was. Unfortunately it is not the case.

This one actually works with all of the streaming apps, which the old soundbar did not. Absolutely amazing sound even on a very low volume.
