Wanted to enhance the sound of our new 50’ Samsung Q60A. For this room we did not require a separate woofer so this sound bar ticked that box It was super easy to install , the sound is perfect for our viewing experience and the value is great

This sound bar really helps the audio on my bedroom TV. I am able to understand the dialog with out bother others in the house with increased volume. I do wish it had been available in a color besides just gray, e.g. black.

Soundbar sounded great through hdmi and Bluetooth. Randomly shut off, wouldn’t connect. Every time I tried to turn it on it would turn right off. If I changed the sound mode immediately upon turning on it would say “sound” in the quietest volume ever with no bass. Attempted all troubleshooting steps with Samsung with no luck. They said I could be charged a repair fee if a technician comes out. Not worth anymore time or money at this point.

The sound bar worked fine for the first two weeks. Now I am having issues with it not coming on and the TV speakers taking over. I spoke the the Geek Squad and they are going to come out and take a look and see what the issue is.

Once I read the directions and understood how the remote worked everything turned out great. I did have to buy a separate converter as the connection to my Sanyo TV was different from the cable provided with the sound bar.

I love this simple single bar soundbar. I did not want a big woofer taking up space. I get excellent bass and treble from this device, tuned to how I want to hear the TV. If you are looking for a great device that does not take up much more, then look no further. You found it.

One of the members of your Geek Squad set up our sound bar. He did a great job. He was so good communicating to me that he would be delayed, and gave me an approximate time of arrival. He answered all of my questions when he was installing the sound bar.

Great soundbar to pair with my Samsung Frame. Really adds to the viewing experience and I love the modern minimalist design. Really impressed with the depth of sound that this device provides. Additionally, I like the Bluetooth link to my tv. Go this on sale, and worth it!

Sounds great, but ultimately returned in favor of the S60A. My favorite feature of this S50A was the virtual dtx mode which really provides a surround sound feel and surprising wasn’t available on the S60A. But I am older and have difficulty understanding dialog without captions and the S60A is controllable through the SmartThings app which offers a few more functions such as ‘voice enhancement’ which has been the most useful feature of any Soundbar to me. If you want great action sound go with the 50, if you want great dialog go with the 60

Definitely has made a difference in how loud my son turns the TV up. He is partially deaf and now instead of volume on 60 we can have it at 20. Only complaint is it’s not meant for a large room.

Sale rep at Best Buy was awesome. Told him my hearing issue and he recommended this sound bar because speaker is centered. Sound is great and can be set at a reasonable volume without irritating others.

This is a good value for the price, quality and sound. We are using it to enhance the sound for our TV in a small sitting area which is where we watch TV most often.

The Samsung 43 inch TV I purchased has a weird sound profile, a little too boomy on the low end so I grabbed this to see if it would provide more balanced sound imaging and it does.

I didn’t have the proper connections so I had to return to the store for that. Once I got it hooked up, it is everything I wanted it to be. Nice sound and easy operation.
