Useless Soundbars

The sound quality is awful. Even with the subwoofer that goes with this set the sound is awful. I suppose it could be my environment. I also had trouble getting the soundbars to connect and stay connected to a newer Samsung TV (using ARC). I re-set my TV multiple times and it would work and stay synched for a short time. Then it would lose the connection to TV remote. That happened with two soundbars in different rooms. I returned two of them and a subwoofer. That's nearly $800 of product. I bought a Bose 900 with that money and then bought a Bose subwoofer. That's what I should have done in the first place.
