The sound is pretty good but it's a little too complicated for my 80 year old mother. Actually, to complicated for me as well and i usually am pretty good with electronics. This unit requires me to have to turn it on separately from the tv and reconnect with the blue tooth each time, rather than just finding it automatically. We kept it but only because i kept thinking it was use error. Now it's passed the return period or i would've taken it back

Whoever packed this for shipping didn't care at all. The bar was wrapped with a single layer of bubble wrap but open at both ends. inside were two other pieces of bubble wrap that would accomplish NOTHING during shipping, as most of the box was an open space for damage if it was tossed around. Also, it was just dropped in a shipping box..nothing original, that's fine...BUT, No power cord! No remote! No optical cable! No paperwork!...No care whatsoever! I was pi*#!ed off and immediately drove to my nearest BestBuy to return. This isn't a review of the item as I never tried it but a review of the lack of care and poor service (not for the people who took the return, they were great!) of whomever pulled and shipped this...a warning if you want to buy an open box item. I won't ever again.
