To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD, MUSIC, or ADAPTIVE.
When you press the CH LEVEL button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the CENTER speaker using the UP/DOWN buttons between -6 to +6. If the Rear Speakers (sold separately) are connected, the setting “Rear Level” is supported.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote between -6 to +6.
Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to "Standard".

You may want to check the cable connection of the soundbar to the TV or external device to ensure it is secure, and properly connected to the correct port.
In addition to checking the connections of the soundbar, please make sure your soundbar is using the latest firmware Version. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet, Auto Update allows software to update automatically even when the Soundbar is turned off. You can also update by using the SmartThings app.

I think thats more the fault or our tv than the soundbar. It connects to phones via Bluetooth with no issues.

Lasted 9 months, speaker blew, normal use.

At first, I connected it wirelessly using its Bluetooth feature. Even though the soundbar was less than one foot away from the tv, the sound would randomly cut out and need the BT set up again. Ended up wiring it directly to the tv with an HDMI cable. ... Worked fine. For a while. .... In August of 2024, it was obvious that one of the speakers had blown out. It sounded terrible. I never played the tv loud, no children touched it, it had no unusual use. I considered replacing the speaker, but there was no obvious, easy way to open the enclosure. I couldn't even give it away. Ended up tossing it. Overall, a waste of $200+
