    Okay soundbar. Did not really meet expectations. Sounds was okay, bass was non existent. Returned and purchased the HW-S60B 5.0ch All-in-One Soundbar w/ Wireless Dolby Atmos (2022) which is so much better!

    Top Notch Sound Bar

    1st, the design of the sound bar is sleek and modern looking. It has a designer feel and looks good on a stand or mounted. The device was very easy to set up. It was as simple as hooking up right out of the box and pushing play. Alexa responds very well and adds a nice technological upgrade to the sound bar. Alexa makes it easy to change outputs and divert the sound through the TV, a video game source, or even your phone for music. The sound quality is very nice. The bass can really shake up a room for not having a sub woofer attached. It also is crisp and clear. It syncs well with voices. No input lag. Overall, I recommend this sound bar for anyone looking for an affordable upgrade. It can handle the job and fill an entire living room with sound.

    Makes Samsung Smart TV's WiFi not able to connect.

    The soundbar worked fine but it made my Samsung smart TV wireless capability not work. I'd have to reset the TV to factory settings to get the WiFi to work and then it would go out again. Without the WiFi functioning on the smart TV, it becomes a dumb TV and is worthless. I unplugged the soundbar and there were no more issues with the TV's WiFi connectivity so the soundbar is clearly the issue interfering with the TV. Unless someone knows how to fix that...I can't use the soundbar at all with a Samsung smart TV. I've currently unplugged the soundbar and it's collecting dust until there is a solution. Past it's return date once I figured out the soundbar was the issue so I'm stuck with it.

    Soundbar not as good as I thought it would be. The reason for getting it was because the audio of TV speakers are not good. The decibles should not have to be as high as they are for good audio from TV programs. I expected a better product from /samsung including the TV.

    This device claims to have 5 distinct channels and support surround sound but it does not. I can only get it to play stereo (2 channel). Every test I have run only the front left and front right actually play audio. Center speaker and other 2 speakers are not distinct channels. For a stereo sound bar this is overpriced and not worth it. Very disappointed. Sound quality is fair, but not great. Definitely need the subwoofer, which I did add. Still not exceptional. I expected much more from this.

      Thank you for purchasing Samsung's HW-S60A soundbar and for sharing your review. Your experience regarding the audio performance of your new soundbar is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.

      Please know, depending on the sound mode your S60A is in, it may change the way surround sound is handled. Please try switching the sound mode of the soundbar from Standard to Adaptive which will allow 5.1ch audio to play through the soundbar.

      If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in. You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol). Adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.

    It's hard to know yet, how this works because the first one the Geek Squad installed Alexa didn't work, so they have to come out again, but the sound from the TV sounds fine.

    Very nice soundbar

    This soundbar is really nice. It's very easy to setup. It's a simple plug and play and it works. I tested it by HDMI ARC which worked well. It also works easily through Bluetooth if you're looking to connect another device or if your TV works with Bluetooth. Of the two, HDMI ARC is a little better on sound quality. The speakers are great. I was surprised at how much bass a single soundbar was able to produce but it was very good. The voices are clear when watching TV. This was important for me because I've used many soundbars where I can understand dialogue. I'm glad this solved the issues. Overall, I'm impressed and I like this soundbar.

    I have been using the Samsung all in one sound system for over a month now. Sound quality is great when watching a movie and or listening to your podcast. Added features such as alexa is a big plus for hand free tasks. Weather alert, Amazon orders and reminders can be set with this device. The sound system does come with a mounting bracket but fails to deliver the screws and tools to hide the wires. Overall the Samsung all in one 5 channel HW-S60A sound system is a solid contender for a buyer in the audio sector.

    I really like this soundbar. It was easy to unpack and set up. We used the optical input to set it up with the TV. The sound is crisp and clear no matter how loud the volume is turned up. My favorite aspect is being able to use airplay to stream music directly from my phone. Being able to connect wirelessly and over bluetooth is also really nice. I do think I will end up getting the subwoofer that is compatible with the soundbar just to get the full experience with the bass.

    Would not work

    Would not work. Tried everything for 2 days - and I’m fairly knowledgeable about how these work. I have an LG OLED with an ARC connection, and no matter what I did it would not work. Returned it and bought an LG soundbar which worked as soon as I plugged it in. So I know the TV was not the problem.
