I’m still giving this item a 5 star review because I have heard this soundbar at a friends and it’s amazing. Pretty much all of the higher end Samsung sound systems. I am very upset with Best Buy because their Geek Squad sent out this open box item that would not sync with the subwoofer. Time and time again I receive either physically damaged (severely) items or defective ones with no apology. I was promised compensation for multiple items being shipped that were defective or broken physically. Of course in the end it never gets done and I get conflicting information from the outsourced call center representatives. The hours I have spent on the phone and the massive inconvenience of not receiving operable merchandise is rediculous.

This ultra slim sound bar with subwoofer has great sound and power. We didn't want a sound bar that takes up a lot of room, but wanted high quality, so this ultra slim style was just perfect! Very happy with it!

So small, yet fabulous sound. My last sound bar was twice the size. Very impressed with clear sound. The technology has come a long way. The sound quality is amazing. Highly recommend.

Great sound from a smaller sized unit. Perfectly pairs with Samsung tvs for high quality sound. Worth the extra cost.

I love this soundbar, it's amazing. The sound of it is better than any other soundbar. I've ever tried the soundbar itself is small fits into any space, but projects an incredible sound i love that I can tell alexa to turn the volume up.

Sound quality is very good and extremely slim design.

My 65" Samsung TV sits on a table rather than hanging on a wall, so many soundbars are too high to fit in front of it. I was happy when Samsung came out with this ultra slim model. It works well with my set up, looks good, sounds good.

Set up was very easy. The sound bar works very well. It met my expectations. I would recommend it if you can afford it.

Sounds amazing dont really turn the volum up over 10 and if im watching movies doesnt go louder then 15 really.

Bought this as an open box with a pretty decent discount. Turns out it was brand new. Sounds pretty awesome and haven’t had any issues.

Was not expecting something so small and compact to be able to generate such powerful and crisp sound. Amazing performance for its footprint.

Easy to setup with the appropriate Samsung TV, great sound quality, the Dolby ATMOS is great and works really well.

A lot of power in a sleek body. We use it with our Samsung OLED TV and it packs a lot of powe. Great buss and very clear sound.

I am a big fan of Samsung. I bought a Samsung TV and needed a Soundbar (I had one for my old TV but it stood too tall for this TV). It was a good value and easy to get hooked up. The only issue I had was getting the subwoofer connected. It is slim, as stated in the description, so it sits under my TV. The sound is great and I am happy with the look and sound it delivers.

Easy to connect…sound is greatly improved…stable functionality…looks very compact..

This product was easy to set up. Bluetooth,no wires and sounds great. Will buy another for my other tv.

It's pretty good. Sound is bigger than what you'd expect from something so lightweight. Bass is also very good, although I did have to struggle connecting to it with the smart things app because our open box didn't come with a remote to increase the bass. Got it on sale and open box so it was significantly cheaper than a new one.

This was an easy instal and looks amazing! The sound quality is awesome!!!
