I am not good with change as I was going to buy the Shark upright Stratos, however, when my husband brought this particular vacuum to my attention, I was a little skeptical. But after getting it home, I was pleasantly PLEASED! The light weight is awesome, and i love the suction that is has and no cords! The charging station is so CONVENIENT! And the color, rose gold, is my most favorite color!!

Great Value for Performance

The fit and finish is not quite as good as a Dyson and the performance is not either. However, price for performance is much better and I like the weight/balance much better. I have 3 Dysons and I find them fairly heavy and cumbersome. I use this Samsung in the office and have been very happy with it. If you can find it on sale, I definitely recommend it.

Never again will I use another bulky, clumsy vacuum in my home - this is just perfect, is excellent quality and so easy to store.

I have not had to use it on large clean ups, but the ability to control the power at the touch of a button should be helpful. I have only had this vacuum for two weeks, but so far so good. Battery life is what is of great concern. We'll see.

The hinge on the head broke and a new one costs as much as I paid for the vacuum when it was on sale. Other than that, it worked great, on “high” the battery lasts about 15-20 minutes.

We picked out a washer and dryer that we needed and decided to try out this cordless vacuum for our upstairs of our home. It’s pretty incredible. It has a good amount of charge time to get around the whole upstairs, it’s easy to hang up and charge on the wall, it’s super quiet but powerful, and it’s a beautiful rose gold color. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Very ergonomic, and not heavy at all. I have a pitbull who's hair is left everywhere and this vacuum picks up his hair quickly. Also the color is beautiful. Battery life is as it says on box, it lasts for 40mins. It only takes about 20mins to fully charge back up.

The battery life depends on your usage. Your vacuum should run up to 40 minutes with a charging time of 3.5 hours. Please see pages 9 (B-1 Charging), 16 (Battery usage), 17 (Operation - Note bullet #3), and 19 (Cleaning time) of the manual for more details.

Pet tool not worth the money

Easy to use, easy to keep the components clean, pick up all the cat hair and litter debris. The pet tool is worthless, does not work at all. Found the same exact same model vacuum on other sites, without the pet vacuum head, for $149. Save your money and go with the less expensive model.

The housing on the main brush head of our first one "mysteriously" broke. It was only slightly more to purchase a new vacuum versus buying a replacement head. Now we have 2 batteries! We love this vacuum. The suction power is awesome and the battery life lasts to clean the whole house on medium power. The small pet brush head works great lifting dog hair off furniture. Highly recommend this product!
